Hii guys..
I don't remember exactly which rom I saw this feature.. But it had the option to have either 5 ring shortcut in swipe unlock or 8 ring shortcut... And with the 5 ring shortcut you can have maximized widgets.. I know it can be done with widget locker.. Can someone please tell me which rom it was.. Is it possible with any other xposed mods.?

If you geg a 3rd party lock, screen like widget locker, it still shows the,status bar, so it can be scrolled down with out unlocking.
And it lets you customise your lockscreen with widgets etc.

+1 for Widgetlocker, what you're asking for is one of the reasons I like it so much!

most complicated pattern I can think of
None…usually
I do not usually have the lockscreen enabled but am forced to (sort of) with my Note II. Without a lockscreen pressing the home button when the phone is sleeping wakes it at the homescreen and not the last app that was open grrrr. With the lockscreen enabled i get to the last app (after swiping with rippled)
Final note. Imo the swipe to unlock without ripple is depressing and does not do justice to one of the smoothest phones on the planet! What were they thinking? It's terrible!
Like I'm on stock and I want to have lock screen shortcuts when you swipe up from lock screen.. Google now is there but I want to add more?

I think he is referring to touchwiz lock screen shortcuts which isn't available on the nexus 4.

I'm not a huge fan of the circle clock in the lock screen and I was wondering if it would be possible to bring back the old clock from the G2 Rom? It's the only thing I miss.

in lock screen settings select widgets (show widgets on lock screen) then add clock widget to lock screen. you are welcome
