download the rom in your pc, find the lg setup. apk delete it, and flash again
works in my g2
It's happened in every custom Rom.
Maybe something missing in the device?

So pretty much as title states.. just wanted to find out whether I'd have to re-root the phone and if I would lose LTE (I think I would lose LTE, but not sure about root)? Also, overall, is 4.4 worth upgrading to?
thanks lots!
IMHO update is definitely worth it. You'll lose root and LTE. But you can easily just reroot and flash a LTE radio.

This device is so easy to root don't worry about it. Do you have a custom recovery? If so find the update.zip. If you don't try the ota. If you've changed system files out probably won't work but if you haven't it will

i actually used to have 4.3 on this nexus, but reverted back to 4.2 because when i did it, you couldn't have LTE with 4.3.. so you saying you can flash the radio with 4.4 now?

did the thanks screen pop up when you rooted and is the updating the binary in supersu work?
He fixed it. SS 3.72 won't work for you until you install busybox. Flash away peeps.
from my locked note 3!
I installed SuperSU but I can't seem to update the binaries :'(
Why this method???
I'm not understanding. Why do we need this if we are already rooted? Im running DK with SS 3.72 with total control of my phone (besides bootloader) am I missing something?

It's root that supports all the latest OTAs for Samsung's phones, and possibly many others.
I also have the 72276. I also recall someone mention to disable Knox. I thought that you could only do that if you were rooted. How do you disable it? Thanks

If you cannot get to recovery, you should consider doing more research before rooting or any other modding. How would you fix your device should you soft brick it?
Turn off your device, hold down volume up, volume down and power. The menu will come up and then select recovery.
As for kernel... On your phone go to settings and then about phone.

I suspect that recovery.img flash failed during last step of hydrogen peroxide root.
If flash failed completely, you would have older kernel used for rooting, that is flashed over recovery, after rooting recovery is flashed over older kernel.
If you can't get to recovery using instructions posted ubove, I suggest redownloading hydrogen peroxide and go through the steps again.
