Because it's the same build as LG9 , i will update with I9300ZSBLH3 (CL=1036303).

Instructions For Flashing Firmware:
Extract the firmware
Open the included Odin
Turn off your device
Put your device into Download MODE (Home + Volume Down + Power)
Click PDA and select *.tar.md5
Then finally click START!
Instructions For Changing CSC:
Download Samsung Galaxy S / S2 CSC app from the Play Store
Open Samsung Galaxy S / S2 CSC app
Tap "Change CSC" button
Select the CSC for you Country
Tap "Install" button (Keep in mind changing CSC wipes your device)

Actually, I was the first one to make a place holder thread and also the first one to publish a Galaxy Note II Official Firmware.

Yes THIS ROM adds Multi Feature windows

Any release notes for this update, or is it just the multi-window facility?
Not that I'm complaining -MW is great - just that I'm hoping some other issues have been addressed.

I agree as i was trying to figure out how to add apps that i like in to the mutiview window thing and realised it don't work like that

wtf??? He's just another good developer, nothing more, nothing less. Before writing a reply we should read who made the post in order to write one thing or another or what??? If you are right you are right, if you are wrong are wrong...
Faryaab, was the first one to make a place holder thread for Note2 firmwares so he has the right to update the OP with informationa bout the new firmware.
The fact that he's also mantaining a similar thread for other devices or he is a good developer aren't good arguments against the comment made by msedek.

i find all comments pointless.This is something that they can chat Faryaab and Dr Ketan.Its not our job posting for one or the other .Both doing fantastic job

considering E is after D its probably newer then LSD also build date is newer... question is is it branded or not branded?

Link seems missing some parts. As far as I can tell after downloading it is, that the original firmware is 3-parts, CSC and Modem missing here.

Thanks for reupload on mega Much faster, downloaded to check if in sec_csc.zip there are in sipdb & VODB polish dictionaries (pl_PL), but no. Looks like if ROM is dedicated for selected carrier got only local language dictionary + english (en_GB, en_US) and korean.
Today also Croatian N7100XXUENA1 was published (same changeset, region CRO), but also dedicated to one carrier (T-Mobile), so won't download it by myself - probably no additional languages either
It would be cool to see some Open Europe (OXX region) leak for N7100XXUENA1 as it was for N7100XXUEMK9. OXX is very helpful for further modding for European users If someone in Samsung read this - You know what to do
