Data Recovery Software - Lost Video - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've accidentally deleted a very important video on my phone, is there any recovery software that works with the LG G2 on Mahdi ROM?
It seems too easy to delete photos and videos from Kitkat, only takes a simple swipe!
Thanks

This app worked for me, but you must be rooted. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.defianttech.diskdigger

Nice tip Thanks
Does it get deleted though? I.e. does it free up memory?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
Yes it does
Same action performed by titanium backup

Nice tip. Thanks

Yeah, but just one thing, not everything is bloat, and blocking it is sometimes, or most times becomes an obsession rather than necessity.

Nope it doesn't free up memory. It's still there but unusable. Btw this option has been available in android since ICS, nothing new.

[Q] "Create Collage" option doesn't appear in my gallery-help

Long time follower (pre "OG Droid" days) first time question poster. I was reading about the "Create Collage" feature on the Note 3 so I went to give it a shot. The problem is, that option doesn't appear in my menu. I'm completely stock, not even Rooted.
Any thoughts on what could be happening? It just seems so strange that this is completely missing. See for yourself in the attached screen shots.
Thanks
Have you selected at least 2 pictures yet? I just tried and mine works.
Edit: haha just actually looked at your screens. Yeah that's weird. Did you freeze or delete any Samsung apps?
Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
I don't remember uninstalling any Samsung apps and the only disabled apps are Verizon bloat and the Kindle app. It feels like it's just missing somehow. I'm hoping to factory reset as a last resort.

Thanks, I guess I will have to download that app. I was hoping someone could help me get to the bottom of why my phone is missing this "built in" feature.
Make sure you have collage on your phone.

I do! Now I'm even more at a loss as to why it won't show up for me. I have now tried force stopping and toggling the app off and back on. Still not showing up in the gallery.
i had to go to manage apps --> force stop collage --> turn off then back on then it showed on my phone. weird having to do all that but it worked. hope it works for you too!

Same problem...
updated my samsung galaxy grand 2 to kitkat, but the option of create collage in gallery is missing....:crying::crying:

Works for me. Only able to open one page. Multiple tabs won't work for some reason, but native app is nice. Likes fullscreen too.

New updates in Play Store

Looks like a bunch of Moto apps got updated in the Play Store today...
Moto 3.0.49
Moto Actions 1.11.33
Motorola Boot Services 4.0.0
Motorola Camera 5.0.47.7
Motorola FM Radio 02.00.0045
Motorola Gallery 520012
Handful of new permissions too... Didn't keep track as they went by, just approved them all.
Haven't really noticed any difference yet, probably just bug fixes, but it's only been a little bit.
All that was updated on Aug 19

Sometimes the Play Store gets bugged and doesn't notify you of updates right away then weeks later they all show up at once.
Hey guys I actually noticed something.
The playstore updates of these apps removed the moto option from settings.
Running factory image.

New Moto Camera update broke the camera on my XT1550.. using it with dpi modded to 280. Front camera / video recording buttons are out of place, which means tapping them takes a picture. Uninstalled and reverted to original version.

What exactly does that matter? I just checked and it still shows up on the apps menu which is probably the only place it should be anyway.

I noticed that too...wondered why they had been removed. I thought I screwed something up in flashing and rooting. Thanks for the heads-up!

Same here lol flashed a few different roms and then went back to stock just to see. Kinda stinks because I like to use nova to hide any apps that can affect system wide functions so when it was in settings it had a nice home.
