Isn't it just a shortcut to their website or something? I think I looked at it the first day I got my phone and never looked back.

Yes. You just need to get the apk and put it back in system/app. I don't have it in front of me right now or I would upload it for you. If nobody gets it to you by the time I get home I will post it up.

I have recently got a Xoom and upgraded to 4.0.4 but I'm missing the original Bubbles wallpaper from 3.x and from the promos. I was hoping if you could supply me the original one for the Xoom. I would appreciate it extremely! Thank you so much in advance!

Yes, I have searched all over and found nothing, just the results you gave me, with an incomplete set of stock wallpapers. The bubbles one was the iconic and wallpapers (IMO) and I cannot find it AT ALL

Hey I have the cm10 nightly rom and i was wondering if there was any way to change the color or images of the soft keys to something different.

You can do it by replacing the images in the systemui.apk or might be able to do it through a theme as well.

Pull it to your PC, add a .zip behind it, edit, remove the .zip

One of my favorite guys for all things Android. Should work the same on your nexus 7 as his Galaxy Nexus. Maybe not the Exact same thing but similar concept and a good start.
P.S. you could also just flash aokp and it should be in settings.

I love his vids! His "How To Theme Your Phone Like A Boss" vids are excellent! I went with the mega boss look
Yea saw his video did it, but didn't work but I have aokp rom with a different theme song that might be y. I changed them with aokp rom tho so ya. I love his video though.

There is something similar to that, go to your msgs settings, scroll down under notification settings, tick the box for the (Notifications) and preview message.

nils from the playstore is the closest you'll get for notifications on the lockscreen.... unless you flash the MiUi rom

I hate to be this guy but can you not just look for it? A simple search of this forum or on Yahoo/Google/Bing turns up results. We're here to help but not hold your hand. You're quick to shoot people down too, maybe watch your attitude to the other posters who took time out to try and help you.
Your best solution may be to buy an iPhone maybe?

Try the development sections for your device. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you. Try not to take this personally, it's just advice to make this all more pleasant and productive. I'm not looking to offend. We're all here to do cool stuff with our little phone.
I know I sound like an complete tool, and in many ways I am, let's just keep it cool. We have no idea what would suit you, how similar world suit etc. Everyone is trying to find out for you but you have to elaborate and find things too, show what didn't work or what's not quite right.

Anyone here about the Google experience launcher updating to Google now launcher? If anyone finds the Google now launcher they should show me where I can download it because I already downloaded the Google search update for it lol but it didn't have the new launcher apk tho.

Not sure of the difference but here is a more current version of the apk and also the google search apk. After you click on the link Scroll scroll down and you will see the links to the apk

Yeah the stock s4 icons suck tho if it was the actual 4.4 icons like the nexus 5 has it would look better.
