Unable to see and connect wifi Network

I can't see any wifi Network from a few weeks.
Stock 4.4.2, hellscore 44
Before i've got franco #201 but I back to stock. No result. I don't want to Wipe everything.

OIS doesn't work D802

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem.
I think the OIS doesn't work in my phone.
I attached a picture, and a screenshot from sensors in cpu-z to show that that I was slightly moving the phone, so the picture should be fine.
Have you any tricks to enable it or should I give the phone to the warranty.
I've got this phone for 2 weeks, and it's not rooted.

I Live in Poland but my localisation its on water. It happends when i do factory reset
