So I was just laying down and watching a youtube video and all of a sudden it just rebooted by itself
Now it's stuck on the white animation reboot screen where the white screen and the verizon sign and logo come in......it just loops on that animation over and over and over
what do I do?
It's a completely stock LG G2
it's this animation screen (the phone in the below pic is not mine)

Try this, it will factory reset your phone though.
Hold Volume Down and Power button at the same time until the LG logo shows up, then release them and press them down again.
If that doesn't work,
Hold Volume Down and Power button until the LG logo shows up, then release ONLY the Power button while still holding the Volume Down button, then press the Power button again.
Since it's stock, someone else probably had the same issue as you, just do some searching because I am not absolutely sure this method will work for you. I think this only works on the Verizon variant which you have.
Best of luck,
Stephen

Hi, I have a Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, Not rooted but custom recovery installed, and sometimes I get the SDCard Menu (UP Key - Normal Booting, Down Key - Download Mode) and sometimes it takes me to the CWM recovery mode and Now I was able to remove the cwm recovery mode completely but at random times there are weird black lines on my screen (just like when the tube of a TV bursts) and then my phone turns off. {I am adding the URL of the SDCARD MENU picture and the weird black lines Picture}

Hardware failure. It either the lcd or the gpu that's failing.
This is for people stuck on the "Powered by Android" Screen after problems while flashing the new firmware. If you notice, you will not be able to restart or even power off the phone. No worries. Do the following
1. On the Powered by Android screen, keep the Volume Up button and Power button pressed till the phone restarts (you will also feel it vibrate once)
2. Let go of the buttons and wait for a few seconds, the phone will boot in recovery mode
3. You will have options to power off the device on this screen You can use the volume buttons to navigate and power button to select the required option.
You can always power off and go back to download mode by pressing the Volume down button and power button together. Now you are good to go for another round of firmware flashing.
Hope this helps

I have been trying to hard reset my Lenovo Vibe K5 Note as I have forgotten the login password.
Despite many futile attempts to do it, I am unable to succeed.
While I press and hold on to the power on button and volume down button, screen displays the message
"Have been in meta mode, long press the power button and the normal boot"
After this, I release only the power button while holding on to the volume down button and wait for the next menu to appear.
But nothing happens next. Phone only displays the "Have been in meta mode, long press the power button and the normal boot" and does not proceed beyond.
Kindly someone help me to reset my Lenovo Vibe K5 Note.

Boot Lenovo K5 Note (A7020a48) into Recovery Mode & HARD-RESET
1. First of all, POWER OFF the device. (Keep Pressing Power button. If you stuck on meta mode)
2. Press and hold Volume UP & Volume DOWN and Power buttons together for few seconds.
3. Release the Power button only after vibration and keep pressing Volume UP & Volume DOWN keys until Stock Recovery Mode (in English) appears.
4. Select Clear Data
5. Select Clear User Data. (WARNING : This is a FACTORY RESET. So it wipes Everything. Also maybe your IMEI, MAC ID, Wireless ID can be null or invalid.. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK !!)
6. After the wipe, reboot phone and have a nice day.. :good:
