Bad news:
Chicken-eggs problem:
I have rooted Z1c with CWM and locked bootloader.
When I unlock, I can easily rooted and install CWM.
BUT! Can't upgrade (Sony sad: upgradable Android 4.4)!
BUT! When I'm waiting for KitKat upgrade, maybe I can't it rooted and install CWM.

Can you please just kindly edit your first post on this thread to add more details (the fact that it's a Chinese ROM)? And please include these details the next time you post ROMs. It'll be helpful to a lot of people I'm sure. Thank you.

OK !!!!
Is it possible to ask for deodexed Z1 Compact fw.142?
I have updated my xperia z1 compact to 14.2.A.1.142 yesterday. So it is very good.Battery life is very good too.I had a bug with stamina mode on 14.2.A.1.14..Suddenly stamina mode got some problem on 14.2.A.1.14.Thats why I updated with pc companion. Now everything working very well
Does the fact that this is a Chinese ROM mean that there is no English language in it? Just checking. Can someone please confirm ASAP? As long as I can still change my language preference to English, I'm okay!
Thanks in advance.
Just ran through this update - ALL IS WELL! Thanks!

then flash .681 kernel.... enjoy rooted

What do you think? Should i even create the source?
Nobody had this guide yet...
I want to help people, not get thanks or make myself Recognized developer or contributer to yell on others.
The devices your currently using is not created by yourself, your using manufacturer is hardware and software.
Anyway, i helped people, i am helping people and i will.
We are born to share.
A country itself can't produce and grow everything, they need other countries help also.
There are plenty of guides explaining the same in a clearer manner.
Using the same kernel for different devices doesn't sound safe to me.
"Passing regards to the maker" is not in the spirit of XDA, don't troll for thanks while just stealing someone elses work.

You too where dumb enough to take an OTA while having a custom recovery. Ey, it happened to lots of newbies so why not you.
If you took the time to browse the forums for even a second, you would stumble upon this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/fix-stuck-custom-recovery-trying-ota-t2907508

Sadly you are 100% correct. Good hard brick, not even led or vibration on start. Gonna try rebuild from pc if I can get usb connected, but am not hopeful

Hey All... Not sure whether this has been answered... But I really wanted to know if there is a way to unlock the phone just by touching the fingerprint scanner and not by pressing it and then touching the scanner...
So I know that this can be done by flashing CM 13. But... I don't want to flash... I wonder whether I can flash a zip update and achieve this... Mine is rooted with TWRP Recovery installed.
Thanks!
