My camera shortcut only works, when lockscreen 'swipe' is selected.
It did not work, when pin code was selected.
In the lockscreen menu, there is an option called 'shortcut' There you have to selecet camera.
I have swipe selected and no shortcut option on kitkat
go to setting ,lockscreen , shourtcut option and select the customized app .
then save
again goto setting==> lockscreen ==> change customized to camera shortcut
worked ?
Ok i know but i dont have the white camera icon down right the stock kitkat in circle. Not the widget...

I dont know how but i removed the app menu option from the screen from my ga;axy y. I have installed the nexus Me v5 Rom in it. Can you please tell, how to get it back???
I know that factory restore is an option but i want to first look for any other option rather than reseting my phone
Long press on homescreen !!
All options will come!!
You will find that in one of those!!
I use a Galaxy Note 3 I9505 which is rooted with towelroot. I have SuperSU and XPosed installed. Since yesterday I noticed that the statusbar icon colors that I'd changed using XBlast (Alarm, WIFI , time etc...) had gone back to default white color. Today I checked Xposed and it said there was a new update available so I went to Install/Update and the phone rebooted. Since that restart, I always get a popup "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped" and if I press OK it comes back again. The homescreen background keeps changing colors from blue to black during these popups. Nothing happens when I touch icons ... the popup keeps coming back. And if the screen goes locked its completely dark and I cant see anything until I remove the battery and turn on again.
Please help asap ..

Deactivate and clear data for all your Xposed Modules and reinstall your Xposed Framework.
There should be an Xposed-Disabler.zip on your sdcard, flash that in recovery using the Install update option so that you can access the above.
I can't click on any icons ... swiping doesnt do anything ... the popup keeps coming back and all I can click is "ok" on the popup
Sorry I'm new to these things.. could you please explain the steps on how to go into and recovery and what should be done?

Try this: https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-disable-xposed-installer/
You could always factory reset in recovery.
To get to recovery on your device...hold down Power + Vol Up + Home, when fully powered off.
Thanks, I thought factory reset was the best option and it works fine now.
Just wondering, is the phone still rooted after a factory reset?

If SuperSU is installed in /system, yes it is. If not just reinstall and it's all good.
Hi all,
I'm running CloudyG3 and wanted to customise the navbar long-press actions. So I got the G2 Xposed app from the Play Store and turned the navigation bar options on. The bar immediately changed to the G2 default (back, home, menu) but after I had selected my options and rebooted the phone, it stayed the same. I tried turning it off and going back to G3 settings but after a reboot clicking on "Button combination" just crashes the settings. Is this because of CloudyG3 or just a bug? And how do I correctly edit the navbar buttons' long-press actions, or at least bring it back to G3 defaults? Do I need a different module?
Thanks in advance.
bump
Anybody?
go with g3 tweaksbox mod.... although, i don't know if this feature comes unlocked in free version because i've bought a full one...
nevertheless it was the money well spent...

Thanks, first time I checked I didn't see this option but you're right! However, the buttons are still stuck on G2 default. Any way to reset without reflashing the ROM?

don't know about that... did you try to modify the buttons order from settings directly? (settings > display > home touch buttons > button combination)
edit:
btw button combination crashes for me as well (just noticed that - but i've got them arranged already how i like them)

btw make sure you don't have 2 xposed mods that handle the navbar properties (they might cancel eachother settings or something)

Yeah, it then says settings has stopped and takes me back to the display settings. As for other modules, I've only got G3 TB enabled.
i've tried several things now but without success...
- fixing permisions from recovery
- clearing settings cache
- restoring default navbar settings in g3 tweaksbox (rebooted)
- trying to unfreeze some services i have disabled in titanium
nothing helped...
will let you know if i find the solution
only thing that comes in mind right now is dirty flashing of the rom (but i'm to lazy to do that just because of this issue )

Dirty flashed. Navbar remains unchanged.
Hey guys
I have installed "Blue Screen Filter" . But it doesn't work fine. Whether enable or disable, The app filters the screen all the time (even in other apps) and it seems a yellow filter applied on my screen except in device settings that the display is normal. So I uninstalled the app but the yellow filter still exists. I also checked the device settings and checked the screen mode for "Adaptive" or "Standard" and so on, but still the damn yellow color exists. The "Reading Mode" is also turned off. So anyone had an idea about this problem?

I would flash a stock rom.

It's the final solution I think
I've rather to find another solution before do a flash
You could try a factory reset before flashing a stock rom.

Yes but still all of my data will delete. Would be nice if there was a way to skip factory reset too :silly:
Suggest install the app again .
If it has settings go to them and remove defaults .
Also settings application manager the app clear defaults clear cache clear data .Then uninstall .
Fails as said flash stock rom or factory reset .
Simplest would be to restore your Nandroid Backup .

I've tested clear cache & defaults for app settings & also device settings. Didn't work.
I think I should finally do a factory reset
Hey fellas!
I accidentally find the solution! The "CM Locker" was cause of this problem
An update came on play store for this app and when installing update the screen became normal! And after a few second it became yellow again. So I Freezed CM Locker and everything goes fine!
Thanks for your time
Hey everyone!
So, i've always had this little problem which i just can not found a fix for it.
After resetting my phone the lockscreen wallpaper resets to the default lg one, which is a hand touching a flower.
Does anyone know a way to make it stop? or to make my wallpaper be the default one?
I already tried using Gravity Box but the feature to set lockscreen wallpaper just doesnt work...
btw: I'm using stock somboons lp 5.0.2 v30f.
