I have modified the android.policy.jar for the leaked captivate gingerbread (UCKF1) to replace the glass lock screen with AOSP lockscreen as it gives you more control from the lockscreen itself.
It replaces your Glasslockscreen with AOSP lockscreen permanently. There is no option to switch between them for now. So use it till devs incorporate the multi-lockscreen mod in their ROMS
Use at your own risk.
It is based on stock theme, you will leave all theme mods
Looks like there is some problem with external sd card with this rom. People are facing it even on fresh installs of the rom without modded file. Make sure you have a perfectly working rom before you try this file. Try rebooting and making sure that your apps on sdcard are still there before you install this app.
Instructions:
1. download KF1AOSPlockscreen.zip
2. apply from CWM
3. Reboot and Enjoy
Initial boot might take some time as it has to rebuild dalvik-cache
For Reverting.
1. Download the KF1Glasslockscreen.zip file.
2. Apply from CWM
3. Reboot
EDIT: Only works on deodexed ROMS
Thanks to:
1. DG : for his cog5 b2
2. amosher13: for the excellent guide for modding lockscreen
And all other who I might have forgotten.
Nice! I installed it, and it worked with no problems.
Works great, thanks!

It does work.
If it doesn't, it's probably user error. Mine works great.
Only minor thing to report is that I can't switch the lockscreen wallpaper. I can pick one, it just won't show up and still displays my current homescreen wallpaper. Doesn't affect usability though. Working flawless.

I agree,as development and general are the only thread I really check , so just didn't occur to me. Sorry about that.
I would be glad if some moderator can move it.
Everything worked. Thanks for this. So much better then the glass lock screen.

Well... Im using evo-x3 but i dont like it evo's... Please someone sent me a flashable zip of it?
Thanks in advance...
Sent from my mind...
I bet you cant have the stock lockscreen you want as one would need to modify the framework of evo rom to regain the stock lockscreen.. Lucky for you if one would be kind enough to modify it for you you can still have the stock style of lockscreen in evo...you would want to enable pattern unlock LOL
I want to change my lockscreen to something like this

which is a Halo Lockscreen that in the tutorial it says is for android and to put the file in the system data folder but galaxy s4 does not have that? I like the galaxy s4 apps and camera so I do not want to do a custom ROM but is there a way to change the Lockscreen to this?

Correct but If I flash it wont I loose TouchWiz and such on phone...? Also I have looked all over for how to change the S4 lockscreen and I cant find anything anywhere. The only thing I can find is how to change the Life Companion text off it...

If we do get it, you will probably need to be rooted in order to use them.

How I can use dashclock widget on LG G2 4.4.2 Stock Rom in maximized size ? My phone is Rooted .
I would love to know this too.
The xposed module doesn't do it. And I can't seem to find anything about changing the lockscreen on 4.4.2 (kitkat).
