i'm crossing finger to solve my problem , the new baseband is out .
can someone please upload the new modem " NB3 " for me ?
my internet speed is very slow and i'm not able to download the full rom .

I'd wait if I were you, the new modem and ROM itself have yet to be tested by people, it may screw up your phone or change somethings completely. Also, just because it's a newer modem, it's still XEO Region so won't be much different from the old one...
Newer doesn't always mean better!

I know it's a pain, have you tried getting a new Sim Card from your carrier?

i don't have any other sim
but i think this will be solved by another sim.

You can download now without username and password. Why do you need aan original rom?

1. u need to save this on ur pc and sync ur phone to pc and flash it from ur pc OK and when u flash this u will lose ur root on ur phone so if u want root permission u need to root ur phone again

which country r u from look for the right rom for ur country and down load to ur pc
for example i have downloaded the asia rom wwe English for me and u need to flash this via the pc ie u need to sync ur phone with ur pc and click on the exe and do what the screen says & This will not work on a cloan this is for the orignal htc tattoo

yes hari, its giving error invalid model id (error130) & the shipped rom server is too slow downloads are completing within 1mb or 2mb... iam trying from 1week but it does not getting download fully.... try this

well u need to go to the mobile network settings and set up ur access point (APN)...
if u r by chance on an o2 locked streak in the Uk as I am, then if u change it to mobile.o2.uk...it works perfectly fine after tht...
I believe you have to factory reset to fix this.

my location in malaysia...using uk o2 device... my phone is locked... i using rebel sim to unlock..... still can use ur way to using 3g for surf website ?

well u cud try playing around with ur APN settings...if it works..well n good..

basically flashing the baseband is flashing the amss.mbn file in fastboot...the file can be found in the 1.5.1 thread...

Heyy Guys After i Changed my network band to usa by mistake i had no reception .. and i was like WTF . I thought ive lost my phone.. but after spending a whole night on the internet. i have my phone back .. so i wanted to share the solution i did with u.. coz i know many of u are having same probleme.. its very easyy.. heres what i did
i reinstaled the rom i use to have but nothing changed..so decided to change the RADIO.. I Installed this ONE ..and i got my connection back..
PLUS My Phone was sim locked and i had the right code to unlock it but it was not working.. but when i instaled this radio i tried to unlock the phone and it worked.. i was using my cellfone with a SIM UNLOCKER like the givey for iphone .. i had no internet no 3g ..only calls and sms.. but now everything is working.. I really Hope it works with all of u guys good luck... i just wanted to share it with you..

Why so impatient? It hasn't even been 24 hours since your original post and you've already made multiple follow up posts about not having being helped yet. People have work, families, lives, why do you expect that they would drop everything to answer your query? If you wanted an immediate answer it was always as close as doing a forum search, which would have been the reasonable thing to have done before posting anyway.
It's difficult to believe that your stock ROM modem doesn't work with your provider. We can't discern why that might be or the best way to solve it though since you provided no details e.g. obviously who is your provider? And as basic, what firmware version are you using? You should provide a lot more information as it is crucial for anyone to efficiently help you and would be in your own interests since you are impatient.

Tested with extresolite rom and alpha and original rom all based on touchwiz and same problem , i had no problem with cyanogen on my s4 , thank's , always no one help me there but thankx
I don't understand. You say that you are in a rush and want help. But you won't tell us who your provider is or what firmware version you are using on your S5? You'd get more replies and more effective advice as well if you provided relevant information about your situation.

im using samsung galaxy S4 and its in 4.4.2 android version ...
my problem is i dont have any network when im trying to switch to wcdma network
i can only use 2g/GSM only
and when i switch to LTE/WCDMA/GSM there no network signal

I have the same problem. What you can do to make some more checks:
Search with google lte networks to see what band your operator uses
try the code *#2263# (if not working install Phone Info from market, it gets acces to secret codes)
go and try each LTE band. Most probably it will allow only a wrong one
check if your CSC is correct (again, the app above is pretty useful). Try to change to your correct CSC (attention, this with reset your phone).
i also do not have the solution, seems like Samsung blew it this time.

I have no idea. I think the only possible solution is to downgrade, but that might be a difficult process. I will try these days and if I succeed I let you know the results.

i checked my phone info ...
my RF cal is none and my hardware revision is not active do you think somethings wrong with that so i dont have network signal in 3g/LTE mode?

Tw roms are touchwiz based roms i.e. based on the stock firmware (where they say based on xxuxxxx firmware)
I have the same problem in CM11 based roms. They are aftermarket android builds from scratch.

And.do read the OP properly before flashing.
Check the firmware you are on and the op uses. The device type and the device model too.
And follow all the steps religiously.
Make it a habit too

done flashing echoe rom ... but still my 4g /3g cant find a network .. do you think it is a hardware problem ? ...
After trying several official versions, it seems there is a problem with my phone. As it is still in warranty, I have sent it to repair to Samsung.

Sounds like a hardware problem. Maybe you should go to a phone service with it.
