this mod was tested and working only on 4.4.2 stock rom deodexed
if you're on .odex rom consider to delete systemui.odex

If it helps at all, there is an Accuweather that works for our devices. I don't remember where, but I got it from one of CoolCatGetHome's roms.

1)Headset icon looks good,but is too big.If you could resize it a little it would be great.
2)The notification drawer doesn't reach the bottom.
3)I don't think this is related to your theme,but could you check the launcher and remove the Samsung Widget thing?

1-ROM is based on CM 7.2 Fat is fast and stable.

@OP you can check my GingerDX build.prop to see how I set the ICS theme as the default theme , but you must make sure the apk has the same name as what you're specifying in the build.prop , otherwise it won't work

The rom is extremely stable and that's my daily driver I made this theme for my self and figure I would share it. And all that rom needed we an updated kernel and I found one.

It's inverted hangouts, I haven't had any problems with it, it shouldn't be crashing. That's odd, try to clear cache and see what happens

I flashed the zip and I can see it installed in the theme section but then I choose the theme it only changes the text message colour,not the wallpaper or the home lock-screen?
I have superuser mod applied.
