Which rom is the most stable, but not Cyanogen?

I have been using Cyanogen since I had a G1, unfortunately it appears the support for the galaxy S4 is poor. Both cm10.2 and cm11 have some big issues that affect my usage.
I have been using cm10.2 for a long time, but some of the problems are really starting to irritate me. See the list here: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Known_Issues_page_for_jfltexx
So my question is, what rom has equivalent features, and the LEAST amount of issues?
The stock rom. Every non TW rom is based on CM11.
Curious as well
Im curious as to a stable rom as well

Recommended stable ROM for SGH-M919

I am looking for a 4.4.2 ROM that is stable, quick, battery efficient, and packed with new features, I need one for the SGH-M919 model.
Could anyone recommend me one?
No. Because this is not a helpdesk and you have to look on your own.
There is no best rom. All roms are good.

[Q] Recommanded rom for GT-I9505 with samsung's tuchwiz interface

I'm looking for a rom for GT-I9505 with samsung's tuchwiz interface.
The most important thing is that battery performance would be the longest lt could.
Thanks,
Aviv Hassidim.

Stability you need to test for yourself, it heavily depends on usage.
