I tried the without adb method in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2451696 but it says I don't have space. I have adb enabled and have adb access i believe. I used flashify to install TWRP because the traditional method wasn't working. How and where do i exactly run
adb shell
dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota of=/sdcard/fota-backup.img
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota
?
Please help.

I wiped everything with no rom or backup on my device (d800 using cwm touch) I get a unauthorized mssg when I try adb devices while it bootloops& no device found when in adb sideload, I can't authorize it cause I can't get past the bootloop... Any ideas? Been reading all day/night...
I don't think anyone has gotten adb sideload working for our phone as far as I can tell, anyone know how to authorize adb from only recov or bootloop? Or if you could restore a recovery made using a diff recov?

Can you get into fastboot or download mode?
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
I get into download but then it says firmware update don't unplug usb n it says root in red at the bottom but it just hangs there at 0% ... And idk if fast boot works, the phone comes up unauthorized in adb.. Would fast boot still work with it not being authorized?

How do you get into fastboot on this device anyway? I can only get to cwm recovery and a download mode that tries to download a firmware update every time I do..

Installing twrp failed for me. Never been able to get into recovery
Then I installed ota
Now I can't boot past a secure boot error message.
Cant connect via adb
Can't boot into download mode, on order to use LG reflash tool to stock
Can't recover using twrp command line as can't boot into recovery
Is this the end?

Download the factory image and extract it. Inside is a .zip file, extract that too. In there you'll find a system.img file. User that on fastboot
fastboot flash system system.img
Reboot

re install the adb drivers boot the phone into recovery , toolkit will detect your phone
Power off the phone, hold the vol+ and vol- button, press and hold the power button. This will take you into fastboot. Connect the USB cable and install the naked USB drivers.
