Lost mobile network option

Did anybody else have this problem I lost the mobile network option where yiu can choose lte\gsm\wcdma

hey bro take this question to the i9505 thread in omega and ask. being that your running his rom! but leave here to and see if some one knows.

I did that. They said go back to stock rom and then flash again. I'm do nandroid back to stock then see if comes back.

Okay nandroided back to stock and still no network mode option. Honestly i don't remember seeing that before I even rooted. So maybe an Odin flash to stock could help other then that I'm not sure but according to status bar it's says 4g lte good enough for me

I also noticed my phone doesn't say galaxy s 4 when I power it on anymore just says Samsung with the custom lock

That's because your bootloader is unlocked and/or system and firmware status is custom.

Yea thats what I thought thank you for confirming. but the no mobile network option is still annoying

Modeified software

Hey there, a friend of mine has given his sgs3 to the repair center, and after receiving it, he is on 4.1.2 and when he tries to update, gets a message like "you have modified sofrware". How can this be solved?
P.s. Sorry for posting here, but i tried to post in q&a and got a message saying "forum closed".

No, he never rooted his phone or flashed custom fw. He was always on stock.
Update: i checked it now and its rooted, but i can confirm that he didn't root it himself. Will unrooting and factory reset fix the update issue?

A factory reset will unroot the phone

this rom is for the samsung i9505 and it does boot and run without porting ... strange i know and it doesnt give you any data access like CDMA/LTE just home only or automatic roaming

KnockOn disabled after rooting

Hey guys
After i rooted my D802, knockOn feature got disabled,but the knockoff still works
Does anyone else have this issue?
And how to fix it?

With Sprint this does not work since we don't have the update firmware option. Is there any chance that you can upload said update and I flash it?

yes , but there's word "phone activation " . It appears in all screen you move . it's not clear but you can see it.

ys , I use Odin with the same version 4.4.2 , then I upgrade to 4.4.4 but there is word " phone activation ". It's blurry , but it appears on all screen you move to .

Also if your on any android version after Bod5 you can no longer downgrade

Sounds like you may need to call the carrier to who the phone belongs to

I can use it normally , call , text . I have no idea that the screen is faulty or just cause of the rom . there's a blurry word in all screen .

I wonder if it's burnt into your screen?
Have you flashed any other custom tw roms to see if that gets rid of it ?

ys , I think it's burned in . But I dont know how to remove it . First I installed KitKat 4.4.2 then I installed 4.4.4 but it's still there . Do you have any suggestion ?
