Zero'ed my IMEI,HELP! iphone personal hotspot & ilex RAT - Droid RAZR M Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Well I am without signal & have zero'ed IMEI.
I assume the # on the card cover is the imei, 15 digits.
I flashed the wrong radio & have done a full rsd retsore to ...94.
I will try this next. I have all the components lined up for Win7 64bit with parallels desktop/Mac.
This process seems not to work on the 926. Has anyone tried this or anything else on the M?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49943124&postcount=109
Thanks to all for your consideration.
Edit @cellzealot what do you think? Sticky Wicket?
Edit
I am using my resurrected iphone 4s as a phone & hotspot tether for now.
I thought I might share some info/issues about it.
I am on ios-7.0.6 and while I hate the keyboard, Bluetooth-connectivity & browsers, the voice recognition for dialing (not to mention Siri) is better than the M. Also the stock "personal hotspot" is lame. It refuses to reconnect to the M after a call & at other times too. I tried insomnia & it seems to help. You must keep to hotspot screen open to keep a connection. But you must, !, close the same screen to get the off button to stick off!!
ILEX R.A.T TUTORIAL
As to restoring cydia apps when re-jailbreaking there is nothing as good as ilex rat (& source saver too).
Yet ilex puts a springboard icon that is terribly misleading. The app is to be run from mobile terminal. And as such it is good. You can create a .zip of all your .deb files, move them off the phone with iexplorer then use the same to put them in var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall. Unzip with ifile. Remove zip. Reboot.

Did you try the method described in the RAZR HD forum using EFS Professional to write back your IMEI?
That tool has the function to convert your IMEI into the proper little endian format for the hex data.
Have you tried just reflashing the fsg.mbn and modem?

Yea. Both in the xml's : ...94 & 4.0.4.

Yes. seems to write but does not.
It is read only. How to find a bit to flip?
What about

8035 or any other seem may have a lock bit?
What about the Op's version?
I did get 4g working on 404!

It may help me understand better if you explain exactly how this occurred. You say you flashed the "wrong radio" using CWM.
Which radio and how did you flash it in CWM?
Do you have QPST installed and know how to use the Software Download client to make a backup .qcn file?
If so, have you made a backup before when everything was functioning?
If you haven't made one, try running one now with no SIM installed and save it and send it to me so I can take a look at it.
There are a number of other NV Items involved that may affect the issue and that is one way to dump and examine them.
You say you got 4G working once under the ICS radio? That should not be possible without a valid IMEI.
Sorry, but I have many more questions than answers at this stage.
The 8035 NV Item for unlocking the MIP profile only affects CDMA/EvDO 3g authentication and the values are read from the SIM and written to the MIP at boot when USIM based authentication is enabled as it is on these models. The IMEI is not referenced at all in the MIP profile.

I can recovery restore to 404 & post a ss but I am on my iphone, activated right now. If it is such an amazing anomaly I will.

I was mostly interested in how it happened.
The fact that it worked at all indicates the IMEI isn't actually blank or 0s but can't be read by the radio properly due to some other factor.

my xt907 got this problem too...
I made a mistake flashing KK radio onto JB ROM, so when the phone turn on, it won't get any network signal, and then i realize that i'm flashing wrong radio, i tried reflashing with JB radio... it works, got the signal... but when i'm check IMEI status it show 0...
the reasons i'm reflashing radio, becaused the phone show "restricted access changed" after i'm turn on airplane mode for more than 24 hours (i was going hiked)...
i have to turn off then turn on phone again and find places for good signal, otherwise the phone show that message again.. this message show almost everytime when i'm turn on the phone, it's really annoying... and i can't find the reasons and the solutions for this problem on internet... and this is weird, after flashing wrong radio and my phone IMEI show 0, the message "restricted access change" it's only show if i'm going to places where the signal are really weak (it's should switch to 2G when 3G signal are weak, but it's not)..
how can i recover my IMEI back?
and how to fix "restricted access changed" ? i think this is bug, last year i was going hiked and bring xperia miro, i'm turn on airplane mode too for more than 24 hours.. and when i'm turn off airplane mode, it's never show that message...
many thanks in advance.

I know, that field is not writeable on XT907...
i'm looking for another solutions... and i think this problem is tied with network carrier it self too...
today i' tried to set UTMS only, and the problem come up again, but this time look different...
i can use internet connection, but looks like GSM (related to voice and text message) is out of service...
but i have not try to use text messaging or try to call from my phone...
and here's the capture...
is anyone here ever have the same problem?

No Service - No Network !!! HELP !!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,
Novice at all of this so be patient !!!
Deleted a few files from the phone (usual monthly clearout !!) and all of a sudden it cannot find a network .... I have tried a couple of SIMS in it but it will not recognise any signal or signal strength - just has an exclamation mark next to the signal bar.
Any suggestions/help gratefully recieved as needed for work !! Who aren't very happy !!
Cheers
Rob.
First question, (I hope you don't get offended ); check to see if the flight mode is on, if it is, then turn it off.
Second, question, what files did you delete?
Third, if all else fails, backup your contacts and mail (I would suggest not doing a full system backup, it will just revert the phone back to the state it was in); then do a hard reset.
No Network !!! HELP !!!
Tried - NOTHING !!!
Flight Mode definitely OFF ;-)
Hard reset - came back the same.
Didn't think I deleted anything apart from pictures etc.
Any other suggestions ?
No Network !!! HELP !!!
Just Noticed Something Else That The Phone Does Not Do ..... I Cannot Get Into My Contact, Calendar And Even When I Press The 'green Phone' Symbol Nothing Happens - I Cannot Even Dial A Number !!!
However, Resco Still Works, Games, Settings Etc. !?!?!?
I´m having a similar problem.
Sometimes, when my signal goes down due to range problems the indicator shows an "!" or na "X" even if i´m back to a place where the signal strength is good.
I know the strength is ok cause I have another cell phone from the same opperator.
To solve this problem I have to reboot several times my Wizard. During this process it receives and looses the signal.
I don´t know why this happens. Any sugestions?
thanks

Ihave the same problem on polaris.any ideas?
If the device will sync via ActiveSync, try loading your service provider's default ROM to the phone. If you're willing to do a hard reset, this isn't much of a reach, and it should install the missing files. It's about a 90% chance that you accidentally deleted a config file or library that you needed.
If it won't sync either, that's a much tougher problem. Search these boards, you may find alternatives.
Next time, just download and install ClearTemp for expunging useless files, and don't delete anything you can't identify. (Google is your friend, in this regard...)
neither hard reset or cleartemp can fix my problem.i think i will throw my mob on the wal.its really a shame to pay almost 800 usd for a device that cannot do the most basic job.to connect to a gsm network.what a shame.........

Update your signature with the rom number and maker; your device information; and your carrier.
there is a cab file "Network Wizard" if that does not work, flash a new rom.
People can not help you if you are not listing information about your device and rom.
YOU PAID $800 for a wizard?!!!

Gsm signal issue

I have my sgs for 2 weeks now. GSM disconnects around every 2 days.
At service mode (*#*#4636#*#* - Phone information) i can see this repport:
GSM disconnects:
====DATA=====
State: inactive
disconnected with last try
at 00:59
fail because No Error
The question is: why does this happen?
Is this an android issue or a hardware problem?
Any pointers?
Thanks in advance

That's not the problem.
Gsm disconnects just like that ,at home for instance. And when I notice that and try to reconnect (settings- wireless networks- mobile networks - networks operators) it doesnt find ANY of them.
Then I restart the phone and gsm network is back.
If I dont notice disconnection in time (so I can restart phone, people just cannot reach me....quite frustrating...
i see what you mean now.
yes, i've noticed that on mine too, but.... that's because i was fooling around with some new Apps Widgets settings i was testing to control the radio and data to save battery.
Did you install any new Apps recently that might cause that?

Well I installed all kind of apps. but i have the feeling this problem was happening even before that.
And I dont need widgets to control data ( I think) because I set the sgs to use 2g networks only and I dont have apn configured( section is empty. Internet connec. only via wifi.

Well, my sim card is VERY old (2002) and the carrier (Telfort) is roaming into another carrier's network (Kpn) with no extra costs of course like real roaming, but still roaming (I get the little "R" next to the signal strenght bars)
Anyway this never happened with the Nokia 5800xm running Symbian OS and using the same sim card...
Starting to get pissed of with Android...
With Symbian you hack or root or tweak because you want to, not because you NEED to like with Android....
And then you prob. get side effects...
Thank you guys for your time
I would get a new sim card if I were you. Every android phone that I have had seems to work better with a good 3g sim.
Get a new SIM card.
same problem, different phone
i have the same problem on kaiser with flashed android on it.
sim is 2 years old, and now suddenly this happened, tried differents sim cards, but the problem persists. My guess is, it is a software problem.
Maybe i will report when I flash original WM6.1 rom onto it, if you are interested in the result
btw, this happened about two days ago and because of this im buying galaxy s so i hope the problem will be gone with new phone

Why you think the problem will be gone if it's still android and I also got it with my sgs? Or are you counting on Froyo?
Yesterday I upgraded my sgs to froyo jpc with kies. I am new with Android but the post of Aery was so clear that i didnt resist: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=769400&highlight=froyo+upgrade
I did get stuck on reboot but could get out of it after applying a cache/data/factory reset on recovery mode (3 buttons)
Now I am being carefull with the 3rd party apps., and so far so good, no gsm disconnections .
Froyo is of course better that eclair but Android is still disappointing to me.
You flashed Android onto a WM device (i'm impressed); could you not teach me how to flash Symbian onto my SGS?
Voice dialing (over bluetooth or not) and proper connectivity control (network, data, gps and bluetooth) of android is years behind Symbian; and such a well written, light OS, it will just fly on a high-end hardware like the sgs; but that is an issue for another thread.http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=7938430#post7938430
Pls keep reporting..

I think indeed that's not the same issue. My problem is that the radio signal get turned off during inactivity. That's why I got connection back after reboot: radio signal gets turned on again; later I learned how to turn radio signal back on without rebooting, but that is just a remedy , no real solution.
Try to upgrade to froyo, make a factory reset and be carefull with 3rd party apps. With froyo you will need less interfering tools anyway
I dont thing that my old sim card is the problem, but i'll try to replace it anyway...but first things first
Btw dou you have 3g turned on? Cause I never...
Another mistery: When I have 3G on I see those bars (signal strenght) dancing and that "death grip" thing happening:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LROTHrTR92k
But when I have it on 2G only the bars doesnt move even if I strangle it with both hands.....
Please repport later how it's going...
I had the same issue, i sent mine back and got my money back, i had also tried with different simcards and resets and nothing worked.. so hopefully my new galaxy wont have this problem. Its strange that these problems are so rare though.. But as long i get it going ill be a happy man.
fourth day with JPC ( and 4 days after a factory reset) so far so good no disconnections . I think problem is gone...
Today just to be safe, I got a new sim card....the other one was too old anyway(8 years)
i have the same issue, for a few days i can't get 3g. i'm seriously wondering about sending back my sgs. i've ttried all the settings, changed my sim..nothing...begin to think it was a fullish thing to change Desire to SGS..

Well... this is not the same issue.
I have 3G (WCDMA) disabled. I only use 2G (GSM) and WIFI for data/internet connection.
I Dont have a data account, I dont need it therefore I disabled 3G in order to save battery.
If you do want to use 3G, just go to settings - wireless and network - mobile network settings - network mode and set auto-mode (GSM/WCDMA or 3G/2G)
If it doesn't work, apply a data/factory reset and try again.
And if it doesnt work, it's probably hardware related and you should return it or send it for repair.
My issue is more complicated; next to the fact that I dont want to use 3g, my carrier is roaming to another network and probably Android OS or the firmware cannot handle it properly.
Android is still premature and the "Samsung - Android integration" seems to need a lot of development as well.
It is just a shame that basic functions like proper connectivity control just wont cut it. And Google is not doing any good either.
And dont let me get started on the voice recognition issue......
Hardwarewise, the SGS is superior that htc desire.....I wonder how it would perform if running Symbian^3 OS or Meego.....
I get a great sound quality from the stock music player just by mixing the equalizer and using the music clarity effect...just great...better than any other device I tried.
And the OFFLINE Gps experience is just great as well: the combination SGS - Motonav - External Bluetooth gps device is working like a charm.
I wouldn't change my sgs just yet......
yesterday i was swiching sims to determine if is a sim fault and suddenly i have my 3g/h back. happy owner again. i've tried all to do this, from firmware upgrade to servide mode settings..i don't know why but i'm ok again...

Hello,
I know its been a long time since you wrote this thread but I just came by it!
I have the exact same problem with you (I had it since August) even now with the official froyo. I tried factory reset and no new apps (that could cause the problem) but it still disconnects randomly in GSM mode. However, when I have it on auto (gsm and wcdma) I have no issues. I just disconnect data from the power button in froyo. I am wondering if you ever found a solution..
Chryssa
Well, I am subscribed to this topic so I saw your post.
Good and bad news:
First the bad one: No solution yet, it keeps disconnecting IF I stay on "gsm only".
And the good (or a little better) news:
I noticed that on sgs, using "gsm only" or "gsm/wcdma (auto mode) makes no difference on battery consumption....
By the way, this is a Samsung issue, not really an Android one.
On a HTC Desire HD, you can use "gsm only" mode with no problems...
Thank you for your answer!
I noticed that about the battery too. So not too bad, I just have to keep it on auto mode then..
Same issue
Im having the same issue but in a optimus t the worst part is that i cant get service at all.. when i press change network preferred it wont change and when i try to press on turn on radio it wont work either....

I9000 no gps, no wifi and bluetooth desperate!

Hello to everyone
I just bought a I9000 from a site and i noticed that i dont have wifi well in means that sometimes i can see wifi networks and sometimes i cant...if i try to conect to it it says remembered and besides that it doesent try to obtain ip adress or things like that. After trying several wifi fix-es like FXR and wifixmanager and going from 2.1 to 4.1 i just cant figure out what seems to be the problem.
The problem with the bluetooth is that i can turn it on but i cant find devices and they cant see me neighter....wifi and bluetooth modules are the same in i9000 as far as i know.
GPS doesent work also as i triedon every rom to use it and i cant get signals...i got 3 signals one
I MENTION THAT THE I9000 HAD NO 3BUTTON RECOVERY AT FIRST SO I FLASHED A CUSTOM BOOTLOADER TO MAKE IT WORK....SINCE THEN EVERY SOFTWARE INCLUDING DONGLE SOFTWARES SAY THA BOOTLOADER IS UNKNOWN.
i WOULD REALLY APRECIATE IF U WOULD HELP ME
Ok lets see if we can get thru this step by step
The device may have been opened by the previous owner and the antenna contacts might be bend.
If you can install 'wifi analyzer' from an apk you should be able to see the wifi signal strenght.
If you google for the apk you will probably find it, also check the images on google on what kind of signal you should be looking at.
If you see almost nothing, while standing next to a wifi router, then I would open up the back which is fairly easy. A couple of screws (don't forget to take out the sd card and the sim) and use like an old visa card style thing to open it up. A couple of youtube videos are available.
Then I would take a look at the gps fix thread what the contacts look like.
It will also help if you post pictures of the wifi analyzer and contacts.
I already opened the phone and looked at it and everything seems to be alright well atleast acording to the videos i looked at...every antenna is at its place and i dident see any remains of the previous owner opening it. i cant post pic of wifi analyzer but this is what i see

It all seems a bit strange. Do you know why the person sold it or did he/she tell you anything?
First thing I would check if you have a valid EMEI number and back that up for sure! Takes 2 min. Take a backup on a sd-card and on your computer.
I would flash a stock 2.3.6 just to check if that works like it should before I would start playing with custom roms.

To me,it sounds like. It sounds like you have a bad modem. Check that, replace it with something that works in your country. Flashing back to stock really should help.

From the image you had posted first, there is No modem, and No phone number on your phone, as well as no bootloader ( which is silly ) as without it it won't boot .
What you can do, is do a very very clean flash , meaning you format /Wipe everything at least 5 time, including formating your Internal SD card ( you will lose everything, IF you failed to save them first to your PC)
Flash a JVU ROM from My Android Collections
But First powerdown, pull out Battery, SIM CARD, and EXT.SD card, press power
button for a minute, than powerup without SIM and Ext.SD Card, after flashing and reboot , insert them back
Tips before Flashing:-
Backup all your important files, contacts, SMS, game data, images etc to PC or
Ext SD card. or make Nanadroid Backup If you have CWM
Backup your EFS Folder to PC or Ext SD card
Enable USB Debugging on Phone. Touch menu> Settings> Applications> Development>
Charge your battery to more than 50% before you attempt any sort of flashing.
Disable Samsung KIES when using Odin. Kill Kies.exe, KiesTrayAgent.exe, &
KiesPDLR.exe using Task Manager on PC
Use only ROM and solution for your model and Wipe x3

Nothing helped so far. I did everything what i could have find. Seems like i need to find a replacement and change maybe the wifi and bluetooth module to see if its that the problem, or find a sucker who would buy it in this state.
Did you really do exactly what xsenman posted? It just doesn't make any sense.

[Q] Help with data and GSM losses of connection

I own a Verizon Motorola Razr M, bought in ebay to an US seller. I am in Spain and I use Movistar SIM card
The phone came with stock JB 4.1.2, and therefore I could not unlock the bootloader.
I started using it, but it had a problem that I am not been able to solve so far: after some hours of use, with no problems with GSM and data connections, it suddenly looses both connections, although the signals on the status bar still appear. I take care that signals have gone when I take the phone to make a call or surf the web.
I have tried the following procedures:
Change the net settings to GSM/UMTS
I rooted the phone with motochopper 1.1.2 exploit
I installed Safestrap 3.12 in order to be able to install other available locked compatible roms.
I tried these roms, following this thread here in XDA: Clean ROM 1.0. Clean ROM 1.1, Barebone New Base, Stock Deodexed.SDswap-Locked & UnLocked BLs-xt907-9.8.1Q-94-1, but no luck. This last one uses the last radio, but no way.
I also installed the [PATCH][GUIDE] Patch to fully enable GSM on Verizon CDMA Android phones. I could only install it on Clean ROM 1.1 however. It has been impossible to install it on the other ROMS. In any case, no luck again with the patch installed. Here I had a big problem because as I still had these problems, I got into *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer, and touched the band selection option: suddenly, the net showed no signal more and I was unable to make it work again: I finally solved this by installing the stock firmware from here with RSD lite.
No way. I still have this problem and I can not use the phone. I have also tried with another SIM card, but the problem remains. It is a shame because when the connection works, the phone runs very well.
Any help would be very appreciated

The problem also seems to become worse with the use of the phone: at the beginning, coming from a factory reset, It can last some hours before the problem occurs. But since it happens from the first time, it happens more and more frequently and the phone can not be used any more. It seems that there could be a software issue.
Another try disabling fast dormancy
I´ve just disabled fast dormancy, because my operator Movistar apparently does not use this technology.
For this, I have modified 3 lines from build.prop system file, as indicated in another site.
The 3 lines are:
ro.mot.ds.fastdormancy.disable=true
telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=0
ro.telephony.default_network=3
Having fast dormancy enabled when your operator does not support it, seems to drain battery, and could cause other problems. That´s why I´ve done this. I have used root explorer apk from Google store, it is free and it automatically creates a backup of build.prop file when you modify it.
I keep the fingers crossed, let´s see what happens.
Fast dormancy: yes but...
After some days using the phone with fast dormancy disabled (for this, I also added this line to build.prop: ro.ril.fast.dormancy.rule=0 ; I read this for ICS Roms, I do not know if this command is also valid for JB, any comment will be welcome), I still get some cuts (less I would say), but at least the phone tries to restart the connections. For this, I have also installed the apk from Google Play called 3g reconnect.
In any case, any comment would be appreciated.
Issue not solved
I still get data and voice disconnections when I use GSM/UMTS or only UMTS modes. They occur ransomly, and they also occur as soon as I use a WIFI connection. I can only use the phone on GSM only mode, which is frustrating.
Any advise?

I do not go near *#*#4636#*#* anymore. So tell me do you use that to make these changes (phone info is the app name).

Hello,
I have tried both: using *#*#4636#*#* or using the usual phone settings. Sometimes I have also checked that the changes made with the usual settings appeared also dialing *#*#4636#*#*.
Yesterday evening, I tried selecting global mode instead of GSM/UMTS and it seemed to work for some hours, but today morming, the problem occured again. So far, the unique way I have found to avoid connection cuts off is using GSM ONLY mode. I have to say that I have tried with 2 different SIM cards but the result is identical.

Did you select the 3 dot menu & mess with the "band" settings?

I did that once, and all the signals disappeared. I restored the phone with RSD Lite, that appeared to be the unique way to have again signals working. Now I do not even dare touching these 3 dots.

What booby a trap? How many step into!
I don´t know if I am understanding you. I did that once because I did not know what else should I do to solve the problem. I saw that there was the possibility to choose theoritically between US bands and Cellular, and I entered in that menu. It is not so stupid to try that if you have already tried 100 other ways.
In any case, anybody has an idea about how to solve this problem? I´m sure I am not the unique person having this issue with this phone.

You are saying the problem is now still there. Yet the radio partition is fixed. Please restate what has been fixed with the rsd flash & what remains unfixed.
Well I think I have fixed and solved the problem: I initially copied the APN settings I had with my previous HTC Sensation, because the phone operator was the same (MOVISTAR), the SIM card too, and I have not moved. In these APN settings, the proxy was "undefined" as well as the proxy gate. I wonder if the radio stucks looking for a proxy each time or whatever. I tried yesterday with completely different APN settings, with a concrete Proxy and a gate... and now I have not had any issue in the past 24 hours. I will still wait a couple of days to see if that was finally the reason.
Which in any case would be silly, because I just applied what was working OK with my sensation, but...
New APN settings: let´s see

After several days, the problem is still there. After setting new values in APN, it happens less often, but it still happens. I have to switch to GSM only mode.
2 days ago, I was surfing the net at quite high speed with no interruptions, for half an hour. I then shutted off the screen, on again some seconds later, and the connection was blocked, I had to restart the phone. It has to be a software issue.
I finally sold the phone
After concluding that I could never get rid of this problem, I sold the phone, informing that he would have to use mainly GSM only connection. Great phone otherwise, but with this issue.
This sounds like a Baseband Issue.
Europe I have found baseband:
sm_bp_101031.027.32.81P to be the most stable so far, with no H+ support though.
But most Carriers in Europe don't have H+ or LTE.
That baseband is part of build 9.8.1Q-66
Which can be all downloaded here:
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=8
The baseband from 98.16.1 had H+ support in Europe but connections dropped like crazy.
Same with 98.12.4, we remedied that with Aussie Radio at the time.
Maybe this may help some International users with Data and GSM Loss

I'm on 9.8.1Q-94-1(98.30.1.XT907.Verizon.en.US) and wanna use it in Germany. any experiences with the radio compared to the suggested one. Or is there another way to boost the performance of the razr m? Compared to my razr I the signal and data quality is really poor...
edit: my baseband-version is: SM_BP_101032.021.32.80P
edit2: ok... now i've flashed several basebands... and the behaviour of the phone is always the same... with the australian baseband of xt905 it wasn't possible to get an hspa-connection. dunno if its enough just to flash the radio-fw?!?!?
so is there an other way to get more stability in my region? i tried to flash the radio from razr hd retail germany. but i think the razr m don't like it when I fool around. actually I love the mobile, so i don't want to make it angry... your suggestions are very much appreciated...

[H870] Can't turn on radio signal - no cell reception

Hi everyone, my H870 has seemingly given up on me out of the blue since about two days ago and refuses to connect to mobile networks, or even to search for them for that matter (trying to manually search for networks give back an error). I'm afraid the issue might be hardware-related which would be a shame as the phone is otherwise fine. I've tried changing ROMs (going from and old AEX AOSP to LineageOS, with full wipe) as well as kernels (Melina reborn for AOSP), to no avail.
Switching sim cards also didn't change anything, the sim is detected and it asks for PIN but then no network, which leads me to think it's a radio chip issue. Activating radio in the *#*#4636#*#* menu doesn't prompt the usual restart, and auto-untoggles if i go into another app then come back to it... IMEI is fine and not corrupted.
I'm really close to giving up on this phone and buying another one, but I thought maybe you guys would have another idea of something to try that could work before I do that. Couldn't find any similar threads on that matter but please point me in the right direction if this issue has popped up before !
Thank you in advance for your help.
EDIT : Flashed original firmware (H87030a_00_OPEN_EU_OP_0829.kdz), to no avail... I believe this is the end of the road for this phone and judging by the lack of answers you guys do as well haha
H873, should not have reset. Now i dont know too
