In desperate need of help here
I have a Razr M running 4.1.2 ( Recovered from Matt's Utility System Version 98.15.66) stock rom. Previously before the restore, I had an Unlocked BL, rooted, running Carbon ROM, however once I restored it, I can no longer flash roms, even with root (rooted with SuperUser) and CWM installed. When I go to AP fastboot I see the Status 3 Unlocked, but whenever I boot my phone/ try to flash a rom, the Red Motorola Logo shows up, and then it boots into stock.
Anyone know how to fix this?
TIA
Hi, I have a very senitive problem with my G2 and I can't solve it.
So I am not new to rooting and flashing but this never happened to me...
I installed TWRP on my international unlocked LG G2 D802 and flashed stock LG 4.4.2
All good but..now I can't acces any recovery. When I want to enter recovery mode. It says boot verification failed and then it just stays on black screen.
So I tried installing CWM and same thing, back to TWRP and same thing...
So I tought, what if I install CM 11 with cyanogenmod installer, cause they install all the things for you right?
Is this dangerous or something?
Please help me if you can.
Did u even read the other threads on 4.4.2
There is like 500+ answers to this on this forum..
You can't install Kitkat and keep custom recovery without some workarounds. Now you would have to downgrade to Jellybean and update the correct way to keep it.
Hello, my phone has a rom installed that will not boot up. I use flashify to flash the custom recovery to backup/restore/flash files. Now that I cannot boot up my phone, I cannot use flashify. Odin will not stick TWRP to my phone, and I cannot get adb to recognize my device. I really need some help to get the custom recovery to stick so I can restore my backup. Please help if anyone knows how to fix my problem, thanks in advance!
Nvm, I fixed the problem. For anybody else having the same issues, all you have to do is download the stock firmware and install it through odin. Stock firmware can be found here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=27867
Hi all, im really hoping someone can help, and that what ive done is reversible.
After rooting I tried installing the alliance rom (lollipop) on my n610f, i got a boot loop so restored the backup rom using CWM without any problems, i read on the alliance rom page that id need a different bootloader and modem, i got what i thought were the correct one and put them on using odin, did a wipe and tried again, same bootloop. Except this time when i restore the backup rom i still have the same boot loop.
If anyone has a fix for this id be eternally grateful.
Fixed it by flashing N910FXXU1B OB4 [Lollipop 5.0.1] bootloader and modem
What did you flash? Modem or bootloader..? I think the best solution is, flash stock firmware via odin, then try again.
Hi all,
I wonder if someone could help me?
I have received another Nexus 10 recently that was still on a very old KitKat version, unrooted and stock. I updated all the way to 5.1.1 (Dec update). I then decided to get it rooted.
I think I managed to unlock the bootloader (using WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit), however it then just freezes at the logo screen.
I have tried to unbrick it by using the Flash Stock and Unroot option in the same program, but it keeps failing when sending bootloader. I get the same doing it manually myself through Fastboot on my Windows 10 PC.
Can anyone help with a suggestion how to fix please? And then maybe suggest the best way to root 5.1.1?
PIT files
My nexus 10 has the boot loop problem and I think I have been left with the only option of Re-Partition but I need the PIT file. Can anybody help or provide this file?
I have tried everything else (fastboot, adb, temporary custom recoveries, Nexus Root Toolkit) with no success.
