I finally found a app that correctly reports the CPU temperature and battery temp its called A1 CPU Tool

Yup thats the one..what were your results for 1000 INSERTs.. it seems like it was cut off of your screen shot. Should be the first one on the list.

I don't think it's a virus, but I never face similar issue.
Have u tried to grant it?

pretty much from the day i got the phone. i keep disabling more and more things every other dayt to see what effect they cause

That's your pedometer, it is part of S Health. You can turn it off in settings / lock screen / show information.
