Hello,
I wonder if someone out there had a solution, but i can't seem to edit any Facebook Notes. I have tried the Facebook app, but no way. I have tried different browsers (stock browser, Chrome, Firefox or Dolphin), but none that allows me to edit my notes. Everytime i try to edit an existing Notes, it's just an empty Notes. I can change the title though. I thought it was something with the flash player, but it's okay to show sites like Colbert. Any help? Cheers.....

I recently was forced to do a hard reset. Since then, my view of Facebook in the Opera browser defaults to the mobile view. Prior to the hard reset I was able to view Facebook in the standard browser format. Can someone tell me how to force the standard view?
Thanks.

Yes, I tried that. The "mobile view" is not checked. Tried checking it and viewing, then unchecking. Nada. The issue only exists with Facebook. All other sites view in a standard browser format.
It is problem with user agent. It can be fixed on opera:config page. Thought I don't know which value exactly and what to do with it.
I guess FaceBook changed their settings.
I also can not upload any images via Resco Photo Manager as FB changed the 3rd party verification. Seem like that they keep changing logs on a daily basis
I will use ESPN.com as my example for my problem. I have a couple of browsers in my little widget I have on the screen and ESPN is one of them. I set it up so when I click on ESPN it will send me to ESPN.com. about a week ago I went into an article on ESPN, after that, every time I go on to ESPN through the bookmark widget, it directs me to ESPN.com/what.ever.that.article.was. it won't send me to ESPN.com home page like before. I tried to delete that bookmark and readding it but nothing helps. ESPN.com is not my only website issue.. any fix?
After I started syncing the tablet with Chrome, I've been getting bookmark bugs everywhere. Bookmarks will randomly change to URLs I've visited before no matter how many times I change them back. I tried clearing browser data to make it stop syncing with my Google account (since apparently you can't disable it after you set it) but it still happens with a few particular bookmarks. It actually began affecting my bookmarks on my desktop running Chrome as well by moving bookmarks around and changing URLs. Although turning off bookmarks sync on my desktop stop the issue there. Still happens on the tablet.
I try doing the same as you do but nothing helps:/ starting to piss me off!

Had the same problem on my tab. One bookmark would always change. Never figured out how to fix it.
I'm trying to figure it out but I got nothing! Any help from anyone else?
After the Touchwiz update, my bookmarks disappeared and it doesn't look like Google sync is working. Any ideas how to get this to work or some alternative way to syndrome my Google Bookmarks?
Try to clear data/cache for the Browser and Google Bookmarks Sync applications, then set up the sync again in the browser settings.
I still have a problem that not all bookmakrs/folders are synced and sometimes I even get FC errors with NPE in the bookmarks synchronization adapter.
Must be some bookmark that triggers it, but had no chance to isolate it yet.
UPDATE: just checked again and all the bookmarks seem to be in sync now, but the layout of folders has changed, it now starts with:
/Google Chrome/Bookmarks/..., then I can see all my bookmarks from the browser, before all the bookmarks and folders were just in the root folder.
Just found that it was already answered at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1204048.
Thanks for the heads up. I had replied on that thread earlier and it got moved and I couldn't find it.
Yeah, I hate the new layout. Why can't they just leave what works alone?!
I just got a Galaxy Note 10.1 a few days ago and I am overall pleased with it. But I am trying to sync my bookmarks but the internal browser never finishes the sync, it just kind of hangs there. I successfully synced the Chrome Browser, but the built in one just won't complete. When I load it up a good portion of the bookmarks are missing, It does seem to have created all the folders and subfolders of the bookmarks menus though. Anyone else ever have a similar problem that knows how to get sync to successfully complete? So far I have wiped the data with application manager a couple of times now, but so far it always never completely finishes the sync.
On a related note, since chrome successfully synced the bookmarks, is there a way to get the bookmarks to go from the android chrome browser to the built in one without using the google sync? That would also be an alternative, or maybe importing the bookmarks.html file I exported from firefox? I can't believe it's coming up on 2013 and these mobile browsers can't simply import bookmarks manually from a .html file on a sdcard.
Also FYI, if your settings are set to encrypt all data for your google account, the chrome browser syncs fine, but the built in browser fails to import any of the bookmarks. It gives an error message that something is wrong with sync and to try later.
Update:
Well it seems it did complete the sync sometime during the night. I checked this morning and all the bookmarks showed up in the internal browser. Strangely though every directory was duplicated, for example I had 2 "Forums" folders, one empty, one with all my links. I had to manually delete all the incomplete or empty bookmark directories. I am not sure how it got fixed, I didn't do a thing.
Hey all,
I have the unrootable version of the G6, which makes things a bit difficult.
I was hoping there is a way to edit the 'send to' list, without needing root.
Every time I send a picture or something from Chrome, for example, I have to wait for the list of apps to load. It annoys the hell out of me, because all I want in that list is WhatsApp and textra. Instead, I have a plethora of apps I never use, such as; keep, smart-share, drive, messaging, quick-memo, etc... All up, there is 16 apps in the list on my phone, (27 on my wife's G6), along with four contacts that it thinks I want a shortcut to.
Anything I can do?
Have you tried using another browser? The default one or Firefox?
It's not just the browser. I was only using that as an example.
The gallery app and YouTube are the same. Basically, any time I want to share anything, I get a plethora of options I'm not interested in.
For example:
