Hi All....
Please can someone help me.
I flashed Official KitKat 4.4.2 Poland. Rooted with CF.
Everything ran smooth as butter.
But then I tried flashing TWRP with GOO-Manager Open Recovery Script. It said recovery has been installed successfully.
When I rebooted it opens the recovery load screen, saying:
Recovery Booting...
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
Set Warranty Bit: recovery
I cannot go into download mode to flash CWM with Odin.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

It's weird, I initially did remove the battery, and held the Volume down, Home, and Power in but didn't work. Then removed the battery again, but held down the same buttons for a few seconds before replacing the battery, then leaving everything inserted the battery again and powered up using the same method and then went into download mode.
Weird, but glad it worked.
There is an unofficial kk compatible twrp version made by wootever. Look at the n3 custom kernel thread. Dont flash it if you are still on the old bootloader !

Pull the battery out then put back in the hold power down home that will get you into download mode again then install philz recovery cmw make sure it's jb or kk what ever firmware you have
You need to keep trying to access dl mode. It will eventually work. Theres no way you could have erased that feature. Hold vol down and home. Then push and hold power. Make sure the device is off when you do so. I imagine you flashed the wrong recovery which would be why your device is not booting into recovery. Which version of android are you on and which recovery version you flash

Thanks guys I've been away for a while but pulling the battery then trying to access dl mode worked after a few trys so I re-flashed the 4.4.2 stock UK firmware and it solved my issue. I'm now going to try and find the correct recovery.
Thanks for your help guys I really thought I had got myself stuck there
Hello everyone,
I tried rooting my Note 4 using Chainfire's [SM-N910*] CF-Auto-Root :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/not...-auto-root-t2897428/post55865442#post55865442
However after Odin finishes and shows "pass", the phone does not reboot in recovery mode nor shows the red android, it loops on the samsung logo and written in the top left corner of the screen 3 lines reading :
Recovery booting ...
Recovery is not seandroid enforcing
Set warranty bit : recovery
I used the correct file for my phone, and now i cannot enter recovery mode, only download mode is accessible.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Flash stock firmware with odin and try again
The message is normal it comes up when you root your phone. Do you have a custom recovery installed?

I had a same problem but I found easy solution. If you have a bootloop install latest CWM recovery, open ODIN (I used newest version) and uncheck Auto Reboot, select CWM in AP and flash it, after that phone will stay still in Download mode. Then unplug usb from PC and remove battery for 5-7sec, give it back and turn phone on - your phone will boot into CWM recovery for sure ...then I flashed latest TWRP

I know what to do, I have been doing this all along but it goes into a mad boot loop. The Red Android doesn't pop up on screen either. I thought for a second I bricked my phone when it happened but luckily I was able to restore it. Any other suggestions??

It is in fact ... I did the root samsung in many of my friends ... always the same procedure with odin. But this does not load Note4 just the red robot and immediately goes into loop.I do not understand where it can be the error or incompatibility
Plz Help
Sorry for posting on this forum but i cant find any help on the N910H forum. Hi am having the exact same problem phone cant boot to download mode and not recovery. i tried to odin back to stock same problem, i tried twrp, philz and cwm recovery. it says pass in Odin but the phone wont reboot past the android logo and cant boot to recovery.Model number is SM-N910H
Had the same issue, fixed it however flashing CF auto root always results in a boot loop.
Is there any other way of rooting the note 4 without Odin?
At this point I realized that more than anyone has this problem of our loop in doing root on your Notes 4, now in addition to figure out if there is a solution to this problem, I would like to know if this problem is present on the Notes 4 with the same model, firmware updates etc. etc .... or this Note 4 that we are "bad"?
I successfully rooted my note 4 SM-N910F using this method.
Search zedomax note 4 root. It should be the first result.
Sorry I wasn't able to link the video I was not allowed to submit an external link until I have 10 posts.
My phone did this weird thing where it erased twrp so straight after passing in odin I took out the battery and entered twrp. From there it was easy. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem

You can flash a flashable SuperSU from chainfire's website using CWM or TWRP recovery.
But if you are on stock TW 5.1.1, you can't root it just yet, it will cause bootloop.
Flash stock 5.1.1 again to fix bootloop
i flashed again to the stock 5.1.1 and i still get stuck on Samsung Galaxy Logo i tried every thing wipe data and wipe cache and i remove battery for million time and i even rooted the phone and start but still freezing on galaxy logo and then Re download the latest Official Rom From sammobile and still Stuck on Galaxy logo the problem came to me when i install Twrp on my rooted note 4 and it's stucked on twrp so i downloaded the latest Rom and still get freeze on Galaxy Logo please help me :/
Same problem here. Flashed SM-N910F (International, Qualcomm): CF-Auto-Root-trlte-trltexx-smn910f.zip but stuck in bootloop, all i get is the threeuk logo and the music. Tried with auto reboot on and off but with no luck.

If you're on 5.1.1 then you need a root capable kernel to be flashed too...
Can you please help me my Samsung s4 i9505 is rooted I have try to install twrp then came above message ever since I can't go into recovery mode. But my phone is working if I hold vol + home and power button this message comes I can't install custom ROM or anything ??? Any help or suggestions pls
I'm assuming you installed TWRP 2.8.5.0. It's not working properly on the S4 for some reason, so install TWRP 2.8.4.0 through Odin and you should be fine. As for the "Recovery is not SEAndroid Enforcing" message, that's the bootloader telling you that TWRP does not support Knox. You can safely ignore that.
Thnx for ur quick response to my query. Can u pls explain this how to install ..
No, not really. I expect people to use the search engine to find their answers. But if you installed TWRP once already, install this version of TWRP in the same fashion.
Cheers mate.. Do I need to unlock the bootloader in roder to do this ? I have only root access do you think is that enough
I think there is no bootloader unlocking required on i9505. Just flash TWRP with Odin and you are good to go. Besides, if your device is installing stock recovery over TWRP right after flashing it, disable the auto reboot flag in odin and remove the USB-Cable + battery 30 seconds after flashing. Cheers
Many thanks for your help yes now its working cool ...happy days !!!!:fingers-crossed:

Hello , this is my first post and straight away looking for help!
I have a note 3 sm-n9005(not vendor specific), I upgraded it to Lollipop using the normal stock update. After that I wanted to install a custom recovery using a (very probably) erratic image of clockwork mod. After that, I installed clockwork rom manager and using its interface I tried to reboot into recovery mode. Since then, my phone is constantly saying
'RECOVERY BOOTING....
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING
SET WARRANTY BIT: RECOVERY'
Right now I am in download mode but I don't know what file to use in Odin to restore the original recovery mode.. Can someone help me?
P.S. I searched the forums and I see a lot of people having a similiar problem but all of them as a consequence of trying to root the phone, which is not my case.
Thanks
I did it! I just used the newest stock firmware from sammobile and did the trick!
