Hello all,
Tired google already but can't really find a good answer so I thought to ask here.
Is it possible to connect to T-Mobile LTE Network with the SM-G900L version of the S5? Bought this phone overseas and now currently in the US.
Thank you for the assistance!

Try one of the following hidden menu to select the LTE network:
1- Band selection: *#2263#
2- Service main menu: *#27663368378#
3- Band mode: *#4636# --> Device information --> scroll down and select 'Set preferred network type'
4- Radio info: *#4636# --> Device information --> menu --> Select radio band
If you have difficulty in launching these secret codes, install Phone INFO ★Samsung★ app or Shortcut Master app, open the menu 'Secret Code Explorer' to launch the codes.

I just look to see what band is LTE on T-Mobile and what band my model has. I see tmobile lte band is 1700/2100 but my phone model has 1800/2100 so I don't think it was possible to connect to LTE.
I also tried the secret code thing and it gave me "connection problem or invalid mmi code
You didn't tell us how you went about searching, so we can't identify why your search missed so many relevant posts.
In any event, compare the band coverage by the two models below. You can see that your 900L is missing four LTE bands, half of the bands in use by TMobile. So yes, your phone can connect to the TMB network. But it will have substandard coverage, be subject to congestion and dropped connections. And perhaps have no LTE coverage at all in fringe areas that are only served by a subset of bands.
900T
2G GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G UMTS/HSPA+ 850/AWS/1900/2100MHz
4G LTE Bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/17
900L
2G GSM B10 (E-GSM 900MHz), B13 (DCS 1800MHz), B14 (PCS 1900MHz)
3G UMTS B1 (IMT 2100MHz), B2 (PCS 1900MHz), B5 (US 850MHz Cellular)
4G LTE B1 (2100), B3 (1800), B5 (850), B7 (2600)

Hi,
I found OPO ONE + tutorial about adding LTE BAND in Qualcomm device and i want to make the same thing with my LG F320K.
I try to add GSM and 3G BAND by putting 844425030534016 in 1877 nv value with QSDM but when i start QPST software
downloader it didn't show me a change after a reboot. I try to change this value with QPST Software Downloader and i ve got this error: NV_IMEI_SV, that don't allow me to make the change.
I want to add LTE B20 800Mhz but cannot.
Can someone give me the Qcn backup of an international D802 or help me to activate all necessary network in my country (France)?
Thanks a lot, best regards.
844425030534016 with mzTool gave me:
[Bit_07] GSM DCS 1800 band
[Bit_08] GSM Extended GSM (E-GSM) band
[Bit_09] GSM Primary GSM (P-GSM) band
[Bit_18] GSM 750 band
[Bit_19] GSM 850 band
[Bit_20] GSM Railways GSM 900 Band
[Bit_21] GSM PCS 1900 band
[Bit_22] WCDMA Band I - EUROPE JAPAN & CHINA IMT 2100 band
[Bit_23] WCDMA Band II - US PCS 1900 band
[Bit_24] WCDMA Band III - EUROPE & CHINA DCS 1800 band
[Bit_26] WCDMA Band V - US 850 band

Hi there,
I'm a newbie here and this is my first post. I bought a chinese LG G4C (sub model H525N) (made for Vodafone, german market) and i'm in Argentina where the LTE frequencies that work (in the whole country) are AWS/Band 4 (1700 / 2100 Mhz) and APT/Band 28 (700 Mhz) but... my cell phone won't work on this! I can use 3G (whichs displays as "H" or "H+" and are good, sometimes... But the main thing to write here is the reason i can access the hidden menu (via 277634#*#) where i can see 15 LTE bands to choose from, but when i select Band 4, Band 28, and many others (as a test mode) i get a "FAIL" message as a response... the ones that i can pick are Band 3, 7, 8 and 20, none of these are good for me, so i was wondering if some cool soul could decrypt the way i can change my settings to get a functional LTE cell phone!
More info you may need from the device:
My cell phone is unlock to use any SIM card, now i'm working with Movistar Arentina.
I have selected as "Net Mode" or whatever (i have my cell phone in spanish language) 2G/3G/4G
According to Movistar Argnetina i have the right APN configuration (Provided by default when i inserted the sim card the first time)
In Hidden Menu: Field Test/Modem Settings/Network Mode i selected "Automatic"
In Hidden Menu: Field Test/Modem Settings/RAT Selection i selected "GSM / WCDMA / LTE auto"
Cheers,
Martín
Hi, I have an SM-G860p. I need the AWS band 4, did all these steps correctly (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/general/how-to-add-rf-lte-frequency-bands-to-t2886059), but I still appear the same bands (LTE band 25 (1900), 26 (850), 41 (2500)). I suspect it's because the modem, but can not find any that work on my model. Someone could give me a hand that can not find how to make all the bands appear.
