Hi I have this kind of problem for a while, sometimes when I'm pressing home button when I'm in some app, I see blank wallpaper for about 4 maby 5 seconds, and after that my widgets and icons appears? If locking launcher in memory will help? And is there any working way to do that on D802?

Not on stock launcher. If you use apex or nova you can keep in memory yo minimize redraws.

Here. How to enter hidden menu

The setting was enabled on my D802 EUR and I never seen a redraw as I remember. Look at the attached pic.
Ps. This might also mean that the app files is in internal memory
If it's not that setting. Try others that look logical.
Also consider a custom launcher then if it don't solve. There's a lit of themes. I guess there's a G2 theme for apex/nova
Also use thanks :sly:

Touchwiz columns and rows
The hack you are showing me is the only way to have more columns and rows with Touchwiz?
I understand that custom launchers still allow the s-pen functions to operate.
However, will a custom rom say a cm10.1 based rom allow this as well as allow the syncing between the note and the smart watch?
If not, how could I over come this, I want a cm10.1 which allows me to use all the s=pen functions and smart watch functions properly..
Appreciate any help.

Is it possible to modify the lock screen settings to allow a live wallpaper option? I know this can be done standard on aosp/cm roms. Looking for a mod on the LG side of things.
I know there was alot of lag on my wife's g pro phone with live wallpapers in general. I wonder LG set it that way so there would be no/less lag.

On the DNA, you had the option of setting up the lockscreen with a Live Wallpaper. It wasn't a special mod or anything, it just came that way. Probably part of the Sense overlay. In any case, it was a standard available option.

I understand. LG also doesn't support root, custom recovery, and changing icons in the status bar. These options aren't impossible so why would a live wallpaper be impossible?
Sent from my LG-D802 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
First you set LWP on your homescreen.
Open build.prop file and edit this line from:
Code:
ro.lge.capp_lockscreen=true
to
Code:
ro.lge.capp_lockscreen=false
Reboot your device.
Now you will see same LWP on your lockscreen too.
Root is required.

I have the "+" button, but I can't download any theme ): ...
Today I got the OTA update to .290. I have not locked apps at all.
I went to Settings -> Customize -> Theme, and there's the "+" button. Sony Select appears but with nothing, just the shadd black-blue background.
If I go to Sony Select directly from the launcher, it just appears the "loading" animation and after a while it says "Not net connection. Try after a while"
PD.: I'm translating what it says to english, messages appear in my language.
I get the same error after an update to 4.3 and I saw others with the same issue on the Xperia Z forums.
I have attempted a reboot and clearing the app data.
I suspect that it may be something up with Sony's servers.

But i don't think this is a problem. I think it's a new 4.4.2 feature that cannot be disabled. Maybe I didn't describe my problem right. When someone calls me and I don't pick up you can see the missed call in a big notification rectangle in the lock screen. This means that someone can just take your phone and see who called you even if you don't want to. I try to find any setting to disable this but it looks like it's a widget in the lock screen.

If you can't disable it in the settings and the developer didn't include an option for that there is no way to hide it.
