I saw just the other day that international notes were getting the 4.0 update soon. Does anyone know if I would still get this update if I'm using the att network?

If your Note is the international version and its origin is from Germany, you should..
Carriers do not have control if you have International unbranded phone..
Please note that only German Notes got the update right now as far as I can tell..
Yeah it came originally in German and I haven't messed with it yet because I was waiting for this update.

Are you talking about the OTA update?
That came out a few days ago.

hmmm i don`t think so
Strange indeed. I think the author was misinformed, mistaking the newest update for 4.2.

It's also strange how he said at the end that it's OTA only.. Probably nothing but a simple mistake though.
Either way I'm pretty happy with the .253 update as is.

My brother who has the s4 on AT&T said he got an update to 4.3 this morning. Just wondering if anyone got an update recently.

Pics or it didn't happen. Just searched on Google and got absolutely nothing on a 4.3 update for AT&T.

Google is your friend. 4.3 hasn't been announced for any version of the S4 other than the Google Edition.

I heard they were skipping that 4.3 for the s3 and s4 and updating those straight to key lime . 4.3 is just a small update. Google need to let the os sit for a while instead of update after update it's getting hard to keep up unless you update your phone allot and no one likes a old phone no matter how good it works.

The S3 and Note 2 are skipping 4.2 and going straight to 4.3.

I believe its only for the international versions only, US carriers are still stuck with 4.1

After yesterday's news, I guess we should now look for Kitkat?
Forget 4.2 & break me off a piece of that KitKat. Couldn't resist
Guess we are getting 4.3. The us version no telling.

October. Don't know how much longer it'll take for Sprint though.

Next month for the international versions. No word as usual for the US carriers. Probably Nov/Dec.
This message brought to you in part by Sprint and the letters GS and the number 4
Given how Samsung wants folks to buy their "gear", I suspect it won't be too late even for the US carriers - should be within 2 months (my guess)
