Yes use the LG Flashtool there is a tutorial in the AT&T LG G2 Development forums. It's pretty easy to do.
Here is my tutorial

Solved! Thanks!
Hi,
I heard that LG blocked the option to flash New ROM from the LG FlashTool, is it true??? Because I want to Unroot, and if I can't flash from it so I stuck with ROOT..
Please answer fast, it's very important!
Thank you!

How recent is this? I just flashed a tot file to go back to stock about four days ago.

If you use LG Flashtool and tot it works. I literally just did mine yesterday

It is what I have to use instead of a kdz with the LG Flashtool for the D800. Its how I go back to stock unrooted.

There is a guide for D802 International?
Works great, but, if I update my firmware, to let's say kit kat, does my unlock / region unlock still remain?
Network unlock? Yes yes.

Region unlock is different. I'm not sure if it would work but I wouldn't even try because there isn't a root capability for kk yet.

There's a guide here in the general section and one in the DynamicKat thread that'll show ya how to up to 4.4 while keeping root. :3
