[Q] Camera not working

I'm not able to take photo in my camera.i dono why its so. I think something wrong with my camera. Also I'm a rooted user. anyone help me how to fix it?

if you need help ion the forum, you need to give complete details of what exctly is happening.
are you able to open the Camera App?
what happens after it opens?
does it force close?
does it not save the photo?
does it not click at all?
what have you tried?
what do you mean by I am not able to take photo?
unless you give detailed info, how can anyone help?

I'm able to open camera.. it doesnt force close.. im not able to shot photo. i thnk it got stuck over there. c the screen shot... i dono whats wrong.. not able to take pic as well as to save it ...can u please help me how to fix it.??? :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Try reinstalling the stock rom with odin or try factory resting..

im using xposed module thats it.. i didnt use any other rom and all..
and i didnt flash anything instead ..

Uh maybe that is the one that caused it

if i get the camera.apk from system files of grand 2 .. ll it fix the issue?
by replacing it to that in my phone?

update : still itz d same.. i dono what to do.. aftr sometime it stills d same. any1 plz hlp me..

If a factory reset did not help, try using Samsung Kies and initialize/update your software. The latest firmware may prove helpful. If updating your firmware also fails to solve the issue, there is most likely a hardware issue. If your device is still under warranty, take it to Samsung Customer Centre. Don't forget to install the stock ROM (Be sure it's the latest one i.e H3) before taking your device to the centre, as a custom recovery/rooting voids your warranty. Best of luck.

Finally found out the cause of the issue. its the xposed installer causing the problem. i dono how to fix it.

samsung galaxy grand 2 restarting problem

i am using Samsung galaxy grand 2.. my mobile is restarting for every one hour after update my phone from 4.3 to 4.4.2 MH3 and NH6 . i don know, how to solve this problem..
pls give me a solution...in 4.3 I hanv not any problem. and I factory reset several time but no hope.thk

Reflash the firmware ....download it from sammobile.com

Hi Friend, I'm facing the same issue. There doesn't seem to be any solution for this problem . I would suggest u take it back to the service center or wait till the new 4.4.4 update which is supposed to resolve many problems ( including restarting) ??

I factory reset several and re flash firware but no luck . If i back to 4.3 any hope to solve this problem ? and with box can downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 ?

No downgrading will hard brick

if you have started developers option in the settings genral tab try switching off the developers options settings ...I to had such problem with my device but when I switched off the developers options in the settings tab everything was back to normal ,,,,

no . i donot start developer option start.

Hi friend do flash with stock firmware and after that format ur phone and do wipe cache partion by going in recovery mode. Try to have some memory free in sd card as well in phone memory.

hey guys...i have the same problem too...i only purchased my phone a week ago....only today it restarted 3 times....also my phone came with kitkat 4.4.2..can i go back to jellybean??? what will the service centre guys do if i give back my phone??? any idea...pls guys m new to this page...so a reply would be greatly appreciated....THANKS!!!

Brace yourself your phone is going to bricked - recovery mode brick 90 $ for board replace :angel:

guys, already did things above but it seems my phone keeps on restarting...but when usb charging i normally use it...pls help if anyone knows a solution..(not buying a new phone)

If you have a xxuan firmware try flashing a xxcujan firmware maybe you have wrong firmawere because are two different camera sensors tell me if works?

[J500FN] How to install TWRP on 6.0.1

hi
i just installed TWRP on a 6.0.1 firmware on a j500fn but i get a line on the screen then the entire screen goes green. BUT i think that the recovery IS working because if i click somewhere it vibrates, like it should. So maybe its a problem with the graphics driver, but i dont know so im here to ask.
edit: dj_steve the lifesaver helped me so delete thread XD

can you share what to do if you have solved it then ?

i encountered the same problem, the twrp wont work with mm. I downgrade to lollypop and the twrp work fine. We had to whait for a new recovery...

Aditya rom fix v 2.1 again

Hello
How to fix aditya rom v 2.1 i saw the post of fix but i cant get the secsetting fix
and i flashed it before the sim was work but was with twrp 3.0.0 today i tried flash it with 3.0.3 twrp and the sim dont work idk if cuz the recovery or what but i guess it was working before
and i saw in comments there is bug in alarm and call and massages how to fix that too ?

u get bootlope if u flashed fix of v3 i tried it twice
1.Settings FIX :
Replace this SecSettings(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66308553&postcount=4) in the ROM and set Correct permissions for folders and Apks ........
or
Replace the settings from Motion ROM v17
and cant find link download in post rom v2.1 or in telegram
