External SD card write issues on 4.4.2 - NA6 - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey All,
After flashing the poland firmware 4.4.2, there is a known issue which others and myself are facing to copy/write from internal to external sd card. Is there any way to work around this problem with root? Any help here will be much appreciated. I really feel hadicapped without the option to move files using any file manager.

Could always try one of the custom 4.4.2 ROMS, they offer fixes :good:

SD card fix no Root??

Has anyone found a fix so we can move files back and forth from SD card to phone internal storage in KitKat WITHOUT root?
I don't have the developer and this is an important function for me. Using a computer sucks for this.

I am in the same situation...
You guys can't use the Backup of another Device, it's unique 4 every Phone. You'll only get trouble by restoring another ones Backup.
Try it that way...

Question, since this file was in the generic SGN3 Section, will this work with the T-mobile Version, Sm-N900t, running 4.4.2 (1st release).?
And second,
Can I flash it with Safestrap? Or Stock Recovery? (Rename or similar), or Must it be with CWM?
Thanks in advance.
Be well

So the file linked above, "Brick Loop fixed after restoring Backup" will ONLY, work with the N9005, Correct?
I have the N900T, same problem however.
Ideas, or similar files to flash that may help me solve my problem? (Imei Unknown / 00) I have the correct baseband. Running 4.4.2 / NB4
Thanks

[Q] SGH-I337M Restarts after 30-40 seconds on 5.0.1

Hi guys, I posted my issues in this thread initially as I didn't see this section for Canadian models: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/help/sgh-i337m-restarts-30-40-5-0-1-t3101095
Please read it and let me know if you have any suggestions! Thank you.
Back up off your internal sd card. Then you'll probably have to flash the stock firmware with Odin. If the problem continues it's a hardware issue.

From what I've read so far I'm pretty sure a factory reset will fix it. But that will be a last resort. I'm backing everything up with TWRP as we speak and will try reflashing stock firmware.

Marshmallow and setting the external SD card as internal storage

Hi can anybody advise on if it is possible and if so how to set the external sd as internal under the stock firmware?
I know it's possible on the AOSP/CM based ROMS but for the life of me I can't find how to do it in stock.
I've tried searching on XDA but haven't had any success in finding any references.
This is on an 910F

We're on the same boat buddy. Nobody seems to have any answer regarding MM adaptive storage on note 4. Read something while searching google that you have to enable adaptive storage by using adb
