I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Telus, SGH-1337M) and I would like to install Cyanogenmod on my phone, But, Before I do that I would like to know how to unistall just incase. The more detail the better!

so If someone can please guide me on how to find it and give me some helpful tips..
my phone is galaxy s4 Gt i9505
and I'm on omega..
I made a titanium backup, but is it safe to restore everything after installing this Mod?

I searched in google and got results for lollipop update.. I dont want this update because it still has many bugs..
I dont know how to find the official and last version of Cyanogenmod for my device i9505 as I dont use this forum much..
So Can you please help me on that or give me a link or something?!

Ya I know about this lollipop version but still it has many bugs..
so do I have to go for lollipop version or the version before it??

So i come with a problem which may or may not be able to get solved, but i have a S4 (i9505) running this custom rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2943934 and i have the Gear 2 Neo watch but i noticed that with this rom there is no way to install the Gear Manager as the Galaxy Apps is not pre-installed with the rom. So my question is what can i do to get my watch connected to this phone with this rom and hacks or anything i can do?
