A very entitled approach. You must suffer from affluenza!
Double-posting doesn't make people help you. If nobody has responded to your first post, it's because A) they haven't been on to read it yet, or B) the people who have read it don't know how to help you.
Just wait, you'll get a response. Otherwise, bump your original post after a day or two.

If you can reach the AT&T icon, you should be able to flash the stock firmware. Also for the love of all that is good, read carefully before messing with your phone.

It will sit at the AT&T logo for a few minutes..
If it still does not boot then try booting into recovery and factory reset then run the linked odin instructions again..

Seconded - I would also suggest that once you get this fixed, be extremely careful before modifying anything else on your phone. Read up a bit, perhaps wait until we have an unlocked bootloader near the end of this month, that should give you some time to familiarize yourself with the risks and procedures for flashing roms and recovering from a bad one.

All the more reason to take your time. You said you just got your phone yesterday, if you're at all concerned with the risk of turning your $600 phone into a paperweight, you should study first, ask questions before you try something risky, and only follow a guide once you feel 100% comfortable doing so. It is very possible to brick these phones to the point that they're not easily fixed.

While I probably have more patience than most who have been here, but no one here is going to hold your hand. I've reiterated 2 -3 times now how important it is to read carefully, which obviously you are not doing. I provided you with a complete guide in the link I sent you. You have the resources, you're just not looking.
Quoted directly from the guide I gave you:
5. Hold Volume Down + Home + Power until your device enters Download(Odin) Mode, then press volume up.

There are 2 guides that explain these procedures that even a 6 grader can understand.

I tried KIES will not connect (stuck at connecting...), tried on two different comps and reinstalled usb drivers as well.
I think I may have found a fix, I have the Canadian Rogers version of the s4, they call it the SGH-1337M which is pretty much like a i9505...
reason Odin wouldn't flash is I was trying to use random i9505 firmware. I found a link to a official Rogers 4.2.2 firmware hopefully this works

You know, if everyone wants to get better help, you might want to put what device you have in your user profile, note mine, ATT, you will get more people helping, I know users that won't even help users that don't identify their device.
Half way down on the messages, we have to play the guess game. Gets annoying.
Ax says, just a thought.

Got prompted for a download by the LG servers. Downloaded, came to install now it's sitting with a black screen and {820} fastboot mode started

I agree, and this thing has been popping up very often, people bricking when running twrp, some things are not really spelled out too well unlike Samsung forums, there isn't really an "essential things to know" thread that includes all major issues FAQ etc.. all spread all over the place..

[Q] cant unbirck help please

so my friend download an app and didn't read anything about it before he installed the app. The app was suppose to replace the home launcher but he was suppose to install another app before he installed it but he didn't. I have tried Odin, Kies, and Heimdall with no luck. I have tried them on different computers and with different cables. His phone is a SGH-I337, yes it is rooted but only for one app that was installed that doesn't affect anything. But now it only go to the download screen with the android man even when booted up normally it only fails the [auth] on Odin and it wouldn't even connect to Kies. Any help would be GREAT, he is only giving me 2 day to try and fix it for him then he is going to buy a new phone. Thanks in advance EVEN IF ITS JUST GUESS I'll still give it a try.
What app did you try to install and what firmware are you on. Odin should work if you use the right firmware.

Well i have a friend that just today he recived hes n900 from repair center, he had the same problem as you, acording to info provided by samsung, it was a software issue and they just reloaded the software, so you could just try flashing a stock rom, or just send the phone to repair.
And it's forbidden to bump up a thread in less than 24 hours.
Do you think people are just sitting here waiting to answer questions ? :sly:
