There are a few apps which when moved to system force close like swiftkey, root explorer etc. How to move these kind of apps to system. Help out.....

these apps will force close because you have not put the lib files in system/libs
you have three options
1 - use system app installer to install these apps (playstore)
2 use link2sd to convert the user app already installed to system app (playstore)
3 - unzip the apk and copy the files in the lib folder to system/lib and then copy the app apk to system/app and set all the correct permissions for each file - eg rw-r-r
I've tried two of your methods mentioned above, (link2sd & system app installer) but these does'nt seem to work.
Le me try the third one

On my sdcard I have a download folder which my browser (DolphinHD) uses and I assume the market. Well its full of apk's some of which are months old. Is it safe to delete all of these? Is this in fact a temp dir. for the market and other apps?

Should be fine to delete whatever in there. The apk files are just the installers, so if you delete them the app will still work, but if you uninstall an app you'll have to re-download the apk to install it again.
Also the Market shouldnt be using the download folder, just the browser.
moving app from data/app to system/app free app space but some app after move don't work (google goggles, setcpu, gosms, an more), so i take the apk and put into rom (oxygen 2.1.3) inside system/app folder, flashed and restarted, but they still not work
what i'm doing wrong?
sorry for bad english
I'm not an expert but I believe they also have to have the right permissions. Check what permissions the other apps in the system partition have and change the permissions on the apps you're trying to move accordingly.

permissions are the same rw-r--r-- in data/app and remain rw-r--r-- in system/app
but for example when i move with rootexplorer "setcpu" at restart i have a force close and i can't use it
with "go sms" no force closes i can read messages but when i write a new one tapping on "+" to show phone book to select peope the app go in loop searching for contacts
with a widget for check credit on my phone i can't add widget if moved to system/app
i tryed other app like google goggles, google earth all give a force close at startup and not work until remove to data/app
moving ephinefrine, flash 10.3 , adobe reader, winamp and many other give no error and app still work correctly
Try extracting the apk and putting the lib.(whatever it says).so file into system / lib folder . Then put the original apk in the system / apps folder. And that should do it!

I need the firewall and data monitor from MIUi.
Installing the apk or moving to system didnt worked.
File Manager got easily installed though.
Any way to install Antispam.apk (Firewall app) and Monitor.apk ?
Why don't you install any alternate app from play store.
Did you set correct permissions when moved to /system/app
??

Can anyone tell me how to remove/add system apps

You can remove system apps by going to /system/apps using a root explorer and deleting a desired apk. But don't delete any important ones.
For adding, push the apk to /system/apps using root explorer and set the permissions to rw-r-r.

Put it in /system/apps, not media, and set the permissions to rw-r-r. Don't install it. Just push the apk.

Use root explorer put it in system > app, set permission as r–w–r–r.

Use system/app mover if you dont know how to do that.
But in case of Replacing Radio You need tobPush and Replace or.
Move default Radio app to Data/app using system/app mover app
Then uninstall Radio using Usual Method.
Then install the apk you Got and Use system/app Mover to move it to system
Peace
Hit Thanks & It will Disappear

Hai, if you using dualboot mode, I just found the new way to install app in second rom without entering it, it's easy
- Open root explorer/ file explorer
- Choose the app you want[if you have the APK files], or take it from the folder data/app in your primary rom
- Copy the APK files to folder .secondrom/data/app [paste here]
- Don't rewrite the permission, it's automatic changed
- Now reboot, n enter your second rom
Note: I only try this in the primary rom, so if you wanted to try it in second rom, tell me it's works or not
Don't forget to hit THANKS button
