Sony Xperia V- Bootlocker->Not Allowed - Hardware Hacking General

Hello Guys!
I know there are much threads about this, but not for this phone.
I have the Handy Sony Xperia V.
The Bootloader got locked by my provider called 3 (Austrian Provider).
I tel. them and they sayd that i should speak with sony about this problem, but sony has nothing to do with that.
The service of 3 is useless.
I could buy the telephone free from the provider for 110€ but thats to much.
In my system it says: Bootlocker unlock: Not Allowed.
I have tried so many opinions, but non worked.
I hope you can help me!
Greetings, Arrivelantos.
PS: Im going to load Cyanogenmod Stable/Nightly

As far as I know, there is no unlocking method without generating an unlocking key from carrier. But hey! I can be wrong here.
Well it is a bit strange.. for me at least...
you say that before the upgrade was working fine but after the sim was not recognized.so before the update it was simlock free and after the sim was locked?
what kind of update did you apply?
Mod. edit: not dev related, moved to general

Xperia Arc S Sim Unlock

Hi everybody,
Happy to share that I just unlocked the Sim of my new Xperia Arc S with success.
It was blocked on Orange France and open to every carrier now.
Done with simlock.com in some minutes, with the tespoint method.
Someone will help you in case of problem (as I had with drivers).
If it could help... for those who just need Sim unlock (no bootloader or fastboot).
Regards
Phil
Thanks again simsphil for this website !
Excellent service, very quick and simple when you understood the steps, not to mention the low prices (which are well worth all the work of developers for my taste).
Sorry oimgg, just saw your PM, I see you found the solution ...
Enjoy your ARC !

Unlock Bootloader: No (any way around this?)

There are lots of posts out there like this that provide instructions on how to unlock the bootloader, and many other posts that say you can't if Service Settings reports "Unlock Bootloader: No". My problem is that my phone reports 'No' and I very much want to flash a custom rom. Can I do this by downgrading the firmware or some other process? Apparently, Sony won't do this remotely... Help!?
UPDATE:
Here is my transcript from Sony support:
My phone reports Unlock Bootloader: No in System Settings.

If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.
In this case I recommend you to contact to a third party technician in order to unlocked.
George
is there a 3rd party technician or service you recommend for this?
