Hi Team,
Just want to know can we start developing PACMan Rom or not. When I searched, all the threads were closed my moderators.
Is it still in WIP and where we can find the status?
You can build pac 4.4 but we ask that you refrain from releasing it until official nightlies are released as things are still being worked on.
Gr8... Will be there any official statement once it is done and where can I check that?

Once we officially release PAC 4.4, there will be a commit in our vendor repo stating that we went Official.

4.1?
Nobody knows yet! Until one of our genious compile it we'll not know! I doubt it though...otherwise Sony would've released a official statement.
But there's a chance that we are the guinee pigs for the new 2012 JB update!

Why would they "test" JB for 2012 models on 2011 models?
Also 4.x.X... is the version code name for ICS updates for the 2011 models.
So it is probably an ICS update with some improvements.

To make sure that JB on 2012 is running smooth. Why the surprise? They did the same with ICS!

Project AOSP
Most of you here know about my ProjectAOSP rom so there isn't any need for introduction. I had several requests for making a version compatible with the LTE variants of the phone. As such I have made a port following Madmacks steps, seeing that I can't rebuild the rom from the ground up without a device to test on. For this very same reason, I decided to post a test build I made here, hoping that someone would be brave enough to give it a try. This rom is ported to the N7105, however from what I understand (I might be wrong), N7105 build also work on the other variants of the phone such as the T-Mobile and AT&T one. These build haven not been tested at all as I do not own the device so I'm relying on the feedback I get before I post in the the development forum.
THIS IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND CAN SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE. I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PHONE
Status:
N7105: Not Tested
T-Mobile Variant: Not Tested
AT&T Variant: Not Tested
Issues:
You tell me
Download:
[N7105] ProjectAOSP Test 2
willing to test I have Rogers device which the same as ATT.
Is the build modemless?

I keep coming back to check on this thread...can't wait to test the next build...did you have to change a lot to get the aosp apps to work with stock?

It's a bit more complicated than that. For each version that I have to do for the N7100 I end up testing several times and that already takes a long time. Having to upload each test would take forever. The rom has been ported to other variants of the Note 2 so it should be possible to just port it

Why no CM10.2 for N5100? I want get new android on N5100.

keep in mind that there are no official nightlies of cm10.2 for popular devices such as the Galaxy S3 yet.
I think they're still working on making sure everything works first.

If it was the 5.0, the release were major, with big changes.
But it will just be an update of JB, like the 4.3 (who wasn't a big release).
So yes, the number make a difference
