This thread is to put all the games/apps in one Thread that do not have touch screen response after starting them on ALL AOSP Roms for the G2. If anyone has a game/app that they would like to mention that has "Unresponsive Screen" go ahead and post here and i'll add it to the OP. This thread is also here possibly to get a fix for this issue please. Here is a list so far:

If anyone wants to take a look at it here is a Logcat from the 1/7/14 CM11 Nightly VS980, I opened Temple Run and got a Logcat for anyone that can take a look at it to see whats causing the Unresponsive Screen.

Unluckily you can add puppet war and critical strike portable to the list. Btw does the devs have any idea what's causing this?

Everytime I try to talk to a Dev they don't reply to me, only 2 did reply gr33nd3vil and someone from the Baked Team. Ebs512 from the Baked Team said he'll look into it.
Waiting on a response from the dev I contacted about this.

Are you on a AOSP Rom for the G2? If so can you do me a favor and test out some popular free games to see which ones dont work?

Dead Space has the same issue. And the G2 is the only device I own that I can install it on... Maybe I have to break out my old Droid X.
Also... Samurai 2.

Using regular dalvik, I know it's phone specific with all the LG G2's because on the Nexus 4 & Galaxy S III they work fine. So it's not a issue with Android 4.4.

Do they work on the N5? It might not be a 4.4 issue, but it could a SnapDragon 800 issue that they need to update for.

These all have not worked since the very first AOSP rom on our phone, if you look back at my comment history it has been a common complaint and the reason I am on stock. It does not matter if it is 4.4 or 4.3 any AOSP does not seem to work with various different games AND apps. My best guess is something wrong with the touch driver that reacts to certain apps..

Not currently on an aosp Rom but Temple run 2 is working fine for me when I was stock and on the current stock based Rom I'm on now. So it's not the snap 800.

The kernel that's built into the Rom I tried with, also tried paek from ayysir. Let me point out I'm on the vs980, do the games work for you?

Same, on leaked stock 4.0.4. odexed. Fc every time.
Try some of the ones in the G Nexus forums. I have the one from Black Exodus (I think that's the name) and it works fine. Or download AOKP Rom and pull it from there. The guy in the earlier post said his worked.

I think this FC is caused by 2D acceleration. I'm on stock ROM and it works fine right until I turn the acceleration on.

Google needs to put it in aosp as soon as possible. I wish they didn't kill off cornerstone as that was originally going to be part of cm but google told them to cease and desist.
Google would have to develop that from scratch, because that's Samsung-proprietary code.
Also, I hope that Google does NOT clutter up Android with stuff like this, for this we have ROMs like PA (which is already stuffed full of features that it barely works as a daily driver).

Paranoid android was great when it was based on cm. Its in 4.2 when they tried to go aosp and make their own tweaks that it became a mess. They need to go back to cm or switch to AOKP(uses CMs main code).
It wouldn't be that difficult to implement multi window. The cornerstone code would be a good starting point and android apps already scale to different resolutions without an issue.

I've had my Nexus 10 for 6 months and I love the crispy display and fast over all system, the only thing that intrigues me is the scrolling. I believe all sorts of browsing there's a delay when swiping from a page to another. Especially on the app drawer and Facebook app. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

If you look in to loading a custom kernel such as Ktmanta (which I recommend and use personally) I believe you will find the smooth scrolling you are looking for.

Cleanrom for a rock solid experience and fluid system. If you want features you can try aokp by mr robinson, or team eos for a basic rooted rom but still kept pretty slim and smooth.

Hi guys so i installed the PAC man ROM on my s4 but the s view case is not working how it works with touch wiz im wondering if anyone else is having this problem or is it just me?

Its not a problem. CM does not support it so neither will PAC. I wouldn't think that there is a high chance of it ever working on either CM or PAC.

Oh right is there a custom app that would make it work??? Love the pac mac rom but i paid a lot for this ****ty s view case.

I was just wondering if I need a touchwiz based ROM in order to sync with my fitbit. It says the gs4 is compatible but it won't sync with my aokp rom. I'm guessing because of the bluetooth differences?

It requires bluetooth 4.0 low energy which the gs4 has. Apparently the stack that Samsung uses in touchwiz works. I don't see why googles wouldn't.

Super lame. I guess your options are using one of the Stock-based roms or maybe just use Nova launcher over stock to get the aosp look you're going for.

I was on task's aokp which i loved. i then switched to ib4's GE 4.3 which i am using now, and it is amazing. i dont really want to go back to TW but it is a first world problem i suppose.

They just updated the app for google edition 4.3
I just got a fitbit and I love LIQUIDSMOOTH.
I will be Syncing on my PC and tablet till they get all of 4.3 figured out. Haven't been impressed with the development of Google edition ROMS.

It is basically a modified fitbit apk that makes it work on more devices. If someone with a fitbit who is currently running a ROM like CM or AOKP could try it out and see if it works that would be awesome.
