Alarm icon disappears - Nexus 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. So my alarm icon on the notification bar keeps blinking on and off kind of like a dying light bulb does before it burns out. When I visit the alarm app, my alarm is still set at the correct time and date, it's just the icon stopped working. I deleted the apps I installed yesterday (the day the icon stopped appearing), fearing these apps were the cause, however, there hasn't been any change. I have restarted my phone several times, yet the icon still stutter blinks and eventually quits. Any ideas?

Anybody? I'm dyin here.

Different kind of notification issue

I recently installed the day light savings patch to my cingular 8525 so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. However, my pre-set alarms now will chime when they're supposed to, but the "notification" in the bottom left hand corner does not come up. Now, the alarm goes on and on until I turn the phone off for a short period of time. Even then, sometimes the alarm continues to ring, maybe until it times out. But I can't seem to turn off my alarm.
Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?
I've noticed that if I turn off ALL of my alarms that it no longer does this (no alarms to come on!) but the secondary issue is then I no longer get notices when my meetings are about to start. So either I get notification for when my meetings start and every morning I struggle with turning my alarm off, or I get no notices whatsoever.
The missed calls and text message notifications are working normally.

Notification acting up

Please excuse my noob question. I tried to search but didn't find an answer.
My Cingular 8525 with the latest official WM5 ROM has started acting up. It seems to think there is a notification present. It blinks the LED in yellow and sporadically makes the sound currently programmed for new voicemails. If I afterwards I get a valid notification (e.g. missed call), and I clear that notification, then the LED blinks green and the phone behaves normally.
If I soft-reset the phone, a few seconds after the green Windows Mobile screen displays, the phone vibrates and plays the sound. It keeps playing the sound and vibrating every few seconds for a while, blinking the yellow LED (the phone is fully charged). I don't see any other notifications on the screen. After a while it sometimes stops playing the sound, but the LED keeps blinking yellow. The playing of the sound occurs at longer intervals if you just let the phone sit. Only if another valid notification occurs and is then cleared does the blinking LED turn green.
I haven't installed any new software recently. It just started doing it on its own. I can't pinpoint any event that started this. It seems to be activated early during the boot process, before the normal WM5 Today screen comes up.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks!
I couldn't find how to delete notifications with the trial version of SKtools, probably because it only shows 6 entries of things it finds wrong in demo mode, but I was able to use MemMaid. Seems like a good program so I may buy it.
There were a few duplicates, but the problem persists after removing them. Same symptoms as before.
I hope the official WM6 comes out soon. I don't want to hard reset my phone until then.
What I don't understand is that getting some notification (e.g. a missed call) will result in the phone going back to normal. Also, the sound/vibration that it makes stops after a few minutes, only the blinking yellow LED remains until clearing another notification makes things go back to normal.

HELP! Alarm won't stop ringing!! :(

My Uni was synced to my PC via USB cable when a Reminder came up. I clicked "Dismiss" in Outlook's popup window, thinking it would automatically dismiss the reminder from the phone as well (like it usually does).
However, to my annoyance, IT KEPT ON RINGING! I picked up the phone to switch off the reminder manually, but, to my amazement, it wasn't there anymore! The phone kept playing an alarm sound for a reminder that had already been dismissed!!
Two soft-resets later and it's still playing! Is there any way to switch the damn thing off without a hard reset? Just installed a bunchload of new apps on it, don't want to have to go through it again....
I have the same problem with my Dash. I set an alarm for 8:40pm. The alarm went off, I turned off the alarm and even changed the alarm to a different time. Every day the alarm goes off at 8:40pm. its crazy!

Notification Bar not working (white screen).

This just happen like an hour ago, if I have a new text message, email, or missed call etc. it shows the icon on the notification bar, but when I pull down to scroll it, the notification bar just shows a blank white page. I've turn my phone off and on, nothing. I thought it was due to WidgetLocker, so I turn it off, nothing. The only thing I d/l today was an update to LP Plus but that was early this morning. Anybody have any idea or have this problem? It's really annoying me.
After 5 reboots, it's finally showing up. Mods lock plz.

Alarm icon appearing and disappearing on top bar

Hello there. For some time right now the alarm icon on the top bar has been behaving very strangely. It began disappearing from the bar, even when an alarm is active. But not only that. I noticed sometimes the icon appears and disappears all of a sudden, and I couldn't quite figure out what made it appear or disappear.
The alarm still works (which was my main concern), but it's an error nonetheless. I also noticed that when the icon is active, there's a message on the lock screen saying when the alarm is set to, but when it disappears the message on the lock screen stops appearing as well. Either way, I never had problems with the alarm not ringing at the right time.
I tried deleting the alarm and creating a new one, but the error remains.
Also, it began when my phone had Jelly Bean and now it remains after updating to Kit Kat. I have an I9505 unrooted with stock ROM.
Thanks!!!
Gabriel
