Syncing Iphoto to Note 3 - Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Just curious if anyone syncs Iphoto to their note 3? I have been using Isyncr for Itunes music for a while now. I haven't found software for syncing Iphoto. I've started looking into Samsung Kies but it didn't like that I can no longer use android file transfer if I install Kies. For now I've been manually moving photos to my phone. This is a pain when I add photos to Iphoto.

Am I the only person that uses IPhoto?? If you aren't using IPhoto could you please let me know what you do use to save and organize photos on your computer? Thanks...

[Q] Pick and choose autosync to PC?

I converted some TV's shows (Deep Space 9). Yes I am a geek. And now every time I sync to my computer it wants to save all those videos to my computer. I also copied some other files over that I don't want to be synced every time. Is there a way to control what is synced and what is not?
What are you using to sync to your PC with?
The built in Windows Vista sync for photos and videos.
Or is there a directory where you can hide the files so windows won't see it? Somehow it finds every picture and video.

There are quite a few FREE choices out there, but if your willing to spend a few bucks here is what I'm using.
First off you need a Google account.
Then on your Mac, you can sync Contacts into your Google account by going into the Pref's in Contacts and adding your google account.
Next up is iCal, I use BusyCal, it works very well with Mobile Me and the Cloud, can download a fee trial to see, but it does the job to get the iCal info to and from the GS2.
Finally is Media, I've tried several ones and found that the Missing Sync does the best job to sync iTunes Music and Movies as well as a great job to sync iPhoto.
You will have to have NON-DRM music to get it on the GS2, use NoteBurner to strip it.
What I like about The Missing Sync is that I can plug in the GS2 and it will place my new photos or home videos right into iPhoto without me dragging or dropping anything, works like as if it were an iPhone. I installed an app on the GS2 called AutoMount that does what it sounds like, plug in the USB cable and it automounts the SD card, then auto syncs with the missing sync and then auto disconnects and keeps charging, its great.
SyncMate, the free version will do wonders for PIM, the premium one even adds media syncing capabilites.
If you stick with the free version, you can try using doubletwist for media. Alternatively buy Tunesync or a similar app in Android Market and go on using iTunes.
Just get a PC.
Thanx for the information.
How can i put Office and PDF files on the SD card? My iMac does not see the SD card.

You can also try iSyncr, a very nice tool to sync with iTunes.

Dropbox did the trick for me. I find the android app a bit clumsy but it works as designed.
i don't have any music on my tab, cause its all on my phone, but i would give Windows Media Player a shot for Syncing music.

Emails - Should be synced to email account...
Media - sync to your pc, it should be in the itunes folder of your pc
I am not sure how to do the others, if I can get a hold of my mom's iPhone I'll see how to do the others.
Does this not work?

Mind you, it looks old.
The google music software is really good for getting your iTunes music onto android. Just download the software and choose the folder where your iTunes music is stored and it uploads it all to the cloud (I think you can have 20,000 songs) then if you get the google music app on your device you can then either stream your tracks or kitchen download them to your phone.

[Q] Galaxy S5 Syncing Photos From Computer to Phone

Hello!
I recently moved from a Windows 7 phone to Android and the thing I miss most is the ability to sync wirelessly my photos from my computer to my phone. Here is how I did it on my Windows phone:
1. I would go into Zune (the software used to sync the phone, similar to iTunes) and choose the folders from my computer to sync with my phone.
2. I would plug my phone into its wall charger and it would sync wirelessly every night when I charged it.
The photos would be synced to my gallery and I was able to see the photos even when I wasn't connected to my phone provider or internet.
Is there any way to do this on my new Samsung Galaxy S5? I attempted to copy my photos using the USB cable, but I didn't have enough room to move them. I had 16GB of storage on my Windows phone, the same amount as my Galaxy, and the photos fit on the Windows, so there is obviously some way to do it.
I can live without the whole no-internet or cell service needed to see the photos, but I would really love to be able to at least access my photos from my phone.
Note: in the gallery, if I scroll down I see a "connected devices" option, and underneath those devices (which are my home laptop and PC) there is "no images" listed. How do I get photos shared between these connected devices?
Thank you so much!
I use google drive fotosync for this so I have all my mobile pictures accessable on every computer where i have internet access and log in to my google account.
With the app FolderSync you can sync special folders with nearly any cloud.
