I tried uninstalling all the latest apps and updates for some apps, but I am still not sure what this is. Does anyone know if it's a notification thingy or something? Is it active because of something else?

found this not much but might help http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/mobile/qgVTOR-a_oc
For anyone else having this problem, I tried clearing my Maps data, and also disabled the location "Scanning always available" in the wifi settings. That thing stopped getting into a wakelock.

I've gotten that a few times. I found a thread discussing this and some thought it was related to syncing Internet under Accounts and sync settings. I unchecked Internet and the problem hasn't recurred for me, but it is too early to tell.
thanks dude! i just did that for both my gmail accounts. hope it all goes well.
Since I updated my I9500 with 4.3 I am constantly (few times a day) having this message
on my screen - 'Unfortunately Vitamio has stopped', prior to freezing the device for couple of seconds.
What could be the problem? Also it's very interesting that I have very often 'Google play music' app visible
in task manager even tough I didn't open it. Are these two issues connected to each other? Very strange.
Thanks for the help.
I have realized today that this message appear when I delete photos from Gallery.
Any idea?

I can't find it at all... I looked in apps list and all apps...
So, i managed to get xposed on my odex'ed samsung stock (NEE region) N910F (trletexx), with latest TWRP and emotion kernel. And for some reason my battery menu dissapeared in settings. Meaning i can no longer deactivate fast-charging.
Is this something that happens when xposed is installed? Or is it something else?
as you can see at the screenshot below , the battery menu icon is gone. It shows up when i search, but nothing happens when i click it.
Is there something i can do to solve this?
Thanks in advance!

I've lost Battery Menu in Settings after freezing Smart Manager app via Titanium Backup. Unfreezing it solves the problem.
Thank you for the tip !
Hi, I've tried to no avail to find out how to disable the emergency broadcasts. I'm on AT&T, and am running stock LG-US996 firmware. There isn't a listed option in Messaging or Messenger, nor in settings under networks or notifications. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, is there a solution?
Thanks!
There's an app installed called "Emergency Alerts" installed where you can modify notification settings.

After giving all needed permissions, trying clearing cache and then restarting the phone.

I never had any issues with Google play services. Check your version and try to update it from Apkmirror here https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/googl...ogle-play-services-17-4-55-release/#downloads
Last option: factory data reset! Good luck
