So I made a biggest Nob mistake as I am Nob my self. Last night I was attempting to flash a rom in to my phone. Before I did this I made a Full back up on TWRP on my SD card then I formatted Data and Advanced Wiped everyone on my phone. and then attempted to install the Rom. Sure enough it wasn’t working.
When I attempted to restore with my back up its giving me and error on Twrp.
After digging in to XDA and searched on the forum.. I attempted to flash my original factory rom on to my phone. I attempted to do this via ODIN 3.09. Every time I attempted this I am getting Write operation failed and Fail Auth
Can some one please Help me with this…
My Phone: SM-N900W8
It originally had the Stock ROM (Have back up)
Base Band: MJ4
Rooted Using kingo
Please help me and direct me on the filed I would need to get my phone back up

Okay.
So I'm very new to all this, but I managed to get safestrap (3.75) working on my Galaxy note 3 (AT&T) and attempted to install a custom rom. However, in my ignorance I somehow managed to screw something up majorly and cannot restore to my stock rom nor can I seem to use the method in the guide that involved Odin and Heimdal to do so. Using safestrap I am able to enter download mode and still create ROM slots, however I have noticed system errors when I do so. Most confusing of all however, when I use safestrap to check the stock rom and why I cannot copy system files to it, it says that there is a system partition size of 0. I would appreciate any advice on where to go from here.
If this is actually very simple to solve, please forgive me.
Alright, I have a Virgin Mobile S4. I rooted it a year ago with towelroot and installed clockwork mod on it to install cyanogenmod. I tried it, didn't like it so I restored my backup of the stock rom using CWM.
Fast forward to now. I tried to update my S4 OTA for Lollipop, but it would give me an error. I figured it was because I had changed the recovery software. So I went and downloaded the virgin mobile lollipop stock rom from sammobile. ( I337MVLUGOC4_I337MOYAGOC4_VMC ).
I tried to flash it onto my S4 using Odin 3.09. To no avail, it always failed at the system4.img.ext or something. From there I tried to make it work by using 3.10. Still failed. I googled for a fix or workaround and found something about reinstalling clockwork mod. I also tried reinstalling the PIT file for I337M. It was still not working. So I tried to flash back to my stock backup.
1st time I flashed, I kept having program that didn't want to start errors. I wiped dalvik, I wiped cache, I factory reset. Still bugged. So as a last resort I restored the backup again after having done all this. It worked! But...
Well, I'm at a lost now, I can't update using OTA, I can't update with Odin, I can't update with Kies. Now what? Is there a way to go back to the stock recovery and let the OTA or Kies update go through unhindered?
The proper place to ask this is in the AT&T S4 Forum as there are more people with that device who are able to help you. This is the International S4 forum, and while we can help you in a general sense, there may be something device specific we'll miss.
With that out of the way, with the ROM you downloaded, there would be no OTA updates when you installed it as it is the most current ROM available. Since Odin should have worked but didn't, you likely need to use a different USB port, and make sure you're not using a hub. Changing the port can often fix issues with Odin.
As @Strephon Alkhalikoi says this is not the place for it.
But there is one thing I notice. You are flashing an I337M firmware. Are you sure that's your model and you don't have an I337 (without M.
I'm not a complete noob but somehow while trying to wipe my phone and re-install Jasmine ROM 5.X (I was already on Alliance ROM with NC4 before, installed Jasmine but somehow didn't actually wipe everything) the recovery got erased and nwt I get the wonderful Yellow Alert warning while booting saying the software is unauthorized and turn your phone off and go to Verizon.
I have tried using Odin 3.09 to install TWRP and then realized I used Safestrap a long time ago. At that point it was too late and everything I've tried flashing with Odin now Fails almost immediately after starting.
I last tried the stock N900VVRUCNC4_N900VVZWCNC4_N900VVRUCNC4_HOME.tar.md5 file and it failed as well.
I did read other threads but most just flashed the NC4 firmware and were fine.
Can anyone direct me to the actual files I need to get it running again? I really appreciate it.
No one? I still haven't found any working solutions.
All I can tell you is that when I got that "go to Verizon" message, I rebooted to download mode and then canceled out of it to reboot my phone to a working system.

Hey guys so recently needed to revert my note 4 to stock mode. Somewhere something went wrong and i bricked my device. I was able to get it in to download mode but Odin keeps failing. Prob because my device keeps saying kernel is not Seandroid enforcing. So this went on for a few days. I even tried twrp zip files still fails to flash. The only thing i was able to do .... found someone else's twrp back up file and used it as mine and voila, it worked the prob is that that file was from another note 4 model. So. Its running but keeps rebooting and restarting and freezing.
So if anyone out there with T-mobile stock or other phone can make me a twrp back up file and send it to me or upload it somewhere so i can use it as my own . Thanks everyone
Also i there a way to mount phones had to a computer, wipe everything and reinstall everything from kernel to system to recovery to OS. Cause my phone wont except anything except twrp back up files . Thanks again
Have you tried to flash a stock rom from sammobile.com?

I'm a little confused about the title of your thread. The model number for the T-Mobile Note 3 is N900T. You're posting in the wrong section if you truly have the N910T, which is indeed the Note 4.
But anyway Lol, the "seandroid" message is normal for a phone that's rooted and has a custom kernel flashed. It just means the built in security enhancement isn't being enforced. That wouldn't cause Odin to fail while trying to flash a recovery.
If you're still having issues, your best bet would be to flash the full stock firmware with Odin and start over. It will flash the full system, kernel, and recovery. Here is a link to what you need. It's N910TUVU2DOK2 and is the latest 5.1.1 build.

Sorry for the typo. I do have note 4 n910t as i said before odin fails every single time. Tried reinstalling isb drivers, changing usb slots and cable. Twrp failes to write zip file. The only thing i can do is back up and restore using twrp. Thats why was hoping someone has or make me a twrp back up file of a n910t.
Hello guys
My phone is Galaxy S7 Edge Duos- SM935FD. I seem to have bricked the device.
Below are the actions I have performed.
1. Flashed TWRP using ODIN as described on https://www.the***********.com/root-samsung-galaxy-s7-edge/
2. Booted successfully into the OS. Found superuser app installed.
3. When I went to back to Flash ROM i erased multiple things such as internal storage/dalvik/cache/system after which device got stuck in bootloop. Showing NO OS.
4. I tried flasing Custom ROM Zip files through OTG. The process failed showing package corrupt and still stuck in bootloop.
I can enter recovery/download mode however cant seem to get the device booted. How can I get the device to work either Custom or stock ROM.
I will be going through some threads in the meantime, your guidance is very much appreciated.
Flash stock rom with Odin: This shouldnt be posted on Development Forum but rayher questions and Answers.
Find what your Stock Firmware for your phone is using Sammobile and flash stock then re do rooting and TWRP Process
zzThrain is right -- I wouldn't risk flashing custom ROMs at this stage, especially because many contain new bootloaders or other stuff that might make this even worse for you. Just pick up the relevant Samsung stock ROM file (from, for example, SamMobile) and see if it boots normally again. Once it does, re-do the process *after checking all MD5s of the files you used* -- I, too, have had it happen before that a download went corrupted and I flashed it. If all is well, get into Download Mode and let Odin rip.

Go to recovery mode & transfer rom to phone using pc. wipe cache, delvikcache, data only. No need to wipe internal sd. Install rom & reboot.
if you phone goes to recovery or download mode, no need to worry. If it doesn't go to neither recovery nor download mode, them your phone might have probably bricked.
It's my pleasure to help you if you still facing this problem

Hi
I tried flashing stock rom from sammobile. I could find for SM-935FD hence downloaded SM-935F.
It got stuck at 90% showing System in ODIN.
From the ZIP file which is the file that needs to be flashed among below ? I tried AP.
AP_G935FXXU2DRB6_CL12365438_QB16944063_REV00_user_low_ship_meta.tar
BL_G935FXXU2DRB6_CL12365438_QB16944063_REV00_user_low_ship.tar
CP_G935FXXU2DRAG_CL648265_QB8691891_SIGNED.tar
CSC_OJV_G935FOJV2DRAG_CL12785220_QB16560277_REV00_user_low_ship.tar
HOME_CSC_OJV_G935FOJV2DRAG_CL12785220_QB16560277_REV00_user_low_ship.tar
Now when I try again it immediately shows FAIL. Am i Flashing the right stock rom ?
It Worked. Thanks to all who helped.
I wasn't running ODIN as Admin and also was using an slightly older version V3.10.7.
