I was hoping that there would be someone that would be able to modify the multi winfow app so that we could select the apps that we want to use with multi window

Install that and then install nottach xposed or something like that and I think there is a setting in nottach to enable any app multiwindow. And there is also a xposed module floating around somewhere for multiwindow I have it installed but I don't remember where I got it from.. Just look around for it and you will find it..

If you aren't rooted...I doubt there is a method...because those components are inbuilt into the system...so we need to access and modify the system files...by using special framework. ...this can be done through having root access

I'd rather stay with the 12 hr format

Then I guess you'll be rooting your phone.

Well when you said "without downloading mods or framework" I assumed you were not rooted....and the method I know requires you to install 2 apps....one is a framwork (xposed installer) and the other is a module which runs through the framework (both xblast tools and wanam xposed are good) but I guess that's not what you are looking for....if you are worried about safety. ..I can assure you its pretty safe...anyway hope someone else can help you

I have xposed installer but the reason why I don't want to install a framework mod is because I don't want my current theme to be overwritten.

Hey! I run PA but I'm building a ROM and wanted to know where I could find a kill-all recents mod for JWR66Y Deodexed. Thanks
It is included in the xblast tools xposed module: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2318311

The wanam xposed module does this. Search for wanam in the play store. You can also change alot of other settings with this app,
If you're talking about the recommended apps bar, sacs custom ROM 4.1 gives you the option for it when installing the ROM.

I'm running the stock rooted rom, so I'll look into the module
