Thanks, Tony.

I managed to reflash PhillZ recovery. Lets see how I go from here...

Hi there,
Prior to flashing Jamals ROM where you on 4.3 or 4.2 firmware? If you were on 4.3 then you cannot downgrade to 4.2....That is probably why it failed in odin

now my phone wont boot please help!!!
Please don't create duplicate threads for the same issue and keep bumping them... Be patient and hopefully someone will reply.
RULE 5. Post a message only once.
As a large forum we don't need unnecessary clutter.
You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better.
Not everyone is online at the same time so it might take a while before you receive an answer.
RULE 16. Bumping Threads (posting simply to force a thread to the top of the thread queue)
Do not "bump" a thread more than once per 24 hours.
Did you ever find a solution ?
I have the exact same problem upgrading my Galaxy S4 with firmware 4.3.

Can't reflash Stock firmware

I've been using cyanogenmod for a while but after updating it to android 4.3 i had some problems so i decided to move back to stock.
Now when i try to install the stock firmware through odin i get this.

Odd bootloop (Odin)

So, I've had horrible battery and performance issues. After several factory resets, and lots of troubleshooting I decided to try flashing the stock firmware via Odin. it complete with the below log, but now it boots all the way to the lock screen (not the setup wizard) and then flickers for a second and reboots.

Nevermind. I didn't realize that wouldn't wipe data and I still needed to do it in recovery. After doing that it boots fine.

hi,
where did u get those firmware's from? from sammobile? cause, they seem to be several at the same time. are u using the sm-n9005 lte note 3? where is your phone from, what is the firmware and baseband? maybe you can download this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vndnguyen.phoneinfo&hl=en and take some screenshots with the information asked and upload them, so we can see where to go from there
(thanks @Joku1981 for showing people the app in other posts to help people)
