The Verizon version supports wireless charging, my Sprint g2 is jealous!

[Q] Next Freedom phone

Nexus One was appealing because it was stock and no bloatware. Now that Verizon has ruined the Nexus Galaxy, what phone should I get?
I would stick with my N1, but the touchscreen issues really slow down my typing and the light sensor has gone bad. I'm Tmobile and obviously willing to pay for unlocked phones and/or rooting to CM. Native-battery-percentage-4-life
Amaze 4g
Samsung SII
Maybe the Galaxy S2 LTE or whatever it's called?

Uhm, I'm really not that familiar with service operators over in the united states, seeing as I'm from beyond the ocean. Sweden, actually, if you didn't notice the flag
I've heard mostly good about T-mobile, so maybe you ought to buy one of their phones?
But I've heard rumors saying the LTE will only be released here in Europe.

Galaxy note is very tempting, that or wait until next batch of phones with quad core, GS3 or other. I am probably going to cave and just get the GS2, it is a beautiful device even with the lower resolution.
Yeah ces is next week. I think I will be waiting as well

I am beyond the ocean as well, but I believe LTE versions are typically only for CDMA based phones. So Verizon in the states uses LTE. GSM phones are the more common worldwide versions.
And to the OP, you can get a non-Verizon Galaxy Nexus, as long as you import it. As far as I am still aware, there are still no GSM versions of the Galaxy Nexus available in the states (at least through any carriers, some places may have imported them from Europe).
I too am eagerly awaiting CES. I am eligible for my upgrade with T-Mobile US in February (I am in a unique situation with them with me being overseas), and I hope they get something like the Galaxy Nexus but with a sdcard slot. I don't get why they wouldn't put that in there
To make it simple for simple like the kindle and iphone

Actually, I got it because I knew it would get the dev-love. I've been on custom roms since the day I got it (mostly CM). Stock Android is just as boring to me as bloatware would've been annoying to me - either way I don't have root.
Want to get a GN but are worried about bloatware? Get it and get a custom rom - it's so obvious what to do with a Nexus.

[Q] Sell or return my ATT note 3 for T-Mobile version?

I am currently debating whether I should return or sell my AT&T Note 3 and get a T-Mobile version to be used on AT&T network. The fact it is bootloader locked really bothers me. What is the chance of root ever be available for this device?
Also, Can I walk into a T-Mobile store and purchase a note 3 without service?
There are so many people doing it and lots of discussion.

thinking about switching to t-mobile

I am thinking about switching to t-mobile since my dropped calls issues with sprint are just ridiculous. Is it possible to just swap out the sim with a t-mobile one and be good to go or will the sprint galaxy s4 not work on t-mobile
I would wait, sprint is buying T-Mobile

Considering this phone?

Im toying with getting this phone i miss stock Android. I currently have a note 5 (at&t) and an s6 (verizon) im planning on using the moto x pure on Verizon. Are there any major issues with it the biggest thing ive seen is the wifi issues.

I had this phone since mid october and haven't had a single issue, absolutely nothing at all.
Got mine from Amazon.
Mines the XT1572 version which is the European version but the US XT1575 version is same. I would say go for it because for the price your paying the performance is amazing. Speakers are best I have ever heard on a phone even maybe even better than whats on the htc one m9, with marshamllow android 6.0 out for european model and it being around the corner for pure US model you can't go wrong. Just make sure you get the right storage version for you, 16, 32 or 64gb.
WiFi issue? What WiFi issues? I had an s6 before this and the damn thing would drop off and reconnect to my WiFi constantly. Tried to fix it for like a month and finally gave up. Had this for for about a month now and have not dropped the WiFi signal once. This is a non issue in my book
