Already

I have the sprint pebble blue 16gb and I already have an issue to report...
If you are in the stock messaging app and the keyboard is up (visible) when you hold the home button the recent apps pops up for a split second then disappears and then you are back at the messaging app and the keyboard is down (not visible).

???????
You can't the app drawer is only for apps. The home screen supports, shortcuts (both bookmarks and within apps), widgets and apps. You could create an app that was just a shortcut and install that.

Restore homescreen layout

Which app or setting (with titanium) can I use to restore my homescreen after flashing. With restoring I mean the icon groups and positions. I already used search but I get to much info

You should be able to do this within your launcher. I know apex has a back up function but I can't speak as to other launchers.

I believe you can disable them.
Go to the settings menu and application data and go to all and click on which app you want to get rid of and hit turn off.
