Hi guys, I just updated my nexus 10 stock and not rooted or anything to 4.2.2. However it's now stuck saying that launcher has stopped, every time i click ok at just loops leaving it unusable. I managed to get into the setting though notifications and tried wiping all data from launcher but still not working. So has the update not installed properly or is it something else cause i'm stuck on how to fix this?
Either do a factory reset or use adb to sideload another launcher.
It seems like any time I try to scroll too fast I will get a "Unfortunately <Application> has stopped" Happens in gmail, settings, even the launcher.
This didn't happen prior to installing 4.3
When 4.3 I flashed back to stock, not rooted at the moment. Any ideas what I can do to get this fixed?

Has anybody had any success running OBackup on their Note3? I loved it on my gNexus but on my Note3 (rooted OTA 4.4.2) it just spins at the Device Recognition dialog for a while and then FCs.
I have a rooted galaxy s5 (well, not rooted anymore) that is consistently refusing to install the new software update. It downloads and starts the install, but then my phone reboots right away and I get a message saying the update has failed.
I did have my phone rooted with towel root, and I do have a few annoying system apps frozen in titanium back up, but when I tried to go to titanium backup and freeze SDM, TB says I can't do anything because my phone isn't rooted. When I go to towel root and try to re-root the phone, it says "this phone isn't currently supported." WTF, how is this phone not supported? I had it rooted before this update, and the update failed. This is really frustrating. Can anyone help me out with either updating to 4.4.4 or reinstating root? Thanks.
I'm getting the OTA update to Android 5.1, it downloads, asks me to restart, then fails with an error screen and the robot lying on its back. The phone then reboots itself into the 5.0.1 firmware.
The phone is rooted, is anyone else getting the same issue. Are there any logs I can look at to find out why?
Thansk

I used the excellent Wug Nexus Toolkit http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/
Through there I unrooted. Then applied the new update.

In my case, this did the trick: aaronhastings.me/updating-to-android-5-1-0-on-rooted-nexus-5
I hope it will help you, too.
