You mean ad-hoc? Your rom needs patches for that. It's not natively supported in android.

I'm using Groove IP linked to my Google voice account to make VoIP calls on my nexus 7. Just wondering if any of you know how to record these calls on the nexus 7?
Somebody....anybody? Bump

I used Wanam Exposed and every mod worked! Hopefully that helped!

Even the tether mod?
Actually I didn't see that is it there if so I'll try and report back

Tether mod may not be in there. Watched a youtube video and it showed it had the "Skip provisioning check" option.
I did see that but I didn't know what it meant so I left it alone? What does that mean, or do? And I read that the only mod having issues is the record while in call

Answered my own question. There is a mod that enables the skip provisioning check and appears to unlock native tethering.
May be a dumb question but, if I install that apk then I can use the native tether for free?

Moto Tether worked for enabling tether on my device.
Where do I get that kind sir

X Tether worked on my ATT S5 to enable stock tethering features.
cheers
Yes. If you have unlimited, tether is unlocked. Don't have to buy tether plan

Downloaded X Tether from Xposed Framework , enabled "skip provisioning check" and rebooted. It alows me to turn on tethering and mobile Hotspot. Haven't connected to my comp yet but will check it tomorrow and report back.

It works nicely. I have that mod.
So far have not figured out a way to block a MAC address from WiFi access on my Onhub router. Any ideas?

None. Can't be done on official firmware yet.
