Hi there. Just wondering if anyone has figured out how make the snote program to launch by default when you pull the spen out? Currently there is only 3 options.....action memo, air command and do nothing. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I just need a bit of help. I have searched online and no one seems to be having this problem. When I go to my apps, calculator and Internet are missing and the only way I can access it is to search for it by holding down the menu. This gets a bit annoying after a while. Just wanted to to know if it is anything I can fix or if I need to send my phone back.

What is the best note taking app for the Note 3?
For me Actionmemo. push button of SPen and double tap on Screen - best way for me! I dont need special functions....

I hope that Google will eventually update Keep to allow writing/drawing directly with the stylus

Note 3 has a great feature. Holding the s pen above text fields let's a little square appear. This work in chrome browser and in text app. Also outlook.com app for example. But this does not work in the native email app. Is this a bug? Anyone else experiences this also?
Version MI7.
I have the same issue.
Currently on version MI7 as well. Not rooted.
When hovering the s-pen on the subject field it works and the square icon appears.
It does not work on the main text field though.
Could someone on a newer version than MI7 test and give feedback on the behavior ?
Thx.
Update to dmju, it is fixed there

Anyone know if there is a way to open air command without having to use the spen? Like with a Nova activity or something?

I think the air commands is unique for the s-pen, so in order for it to open you must use the s-pen. Hope that helped

Hi everyone,
I've recently updated to KitKat and everything seems to be fine. However, I really don't like the new email app (not that I like the old one) so I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for an email app that works with the multi window function?
I've tried a few but nothing works.
Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions please do post anymore that you know about!
If you root you can add any app to multi window and even have 4 way multi window

Aquamail. It also allows access to my corporate mail without having to encrypt my tablet. Which is nice. The stock app couldn't do that and the company wanted me to use mobile iron which I understand to be terrible.
