hey currently i am using Xperia_Z1_C6902_14.2.A.0.290_GLOBAL-HSPA_IN will this root work on this rom also or i have to flash [FTF][C6902][4.3] 14.2.A.0.290 - Generic TW and then go ahead with the rooting process.

I have only tested Rooting on what I submitted. for your own safety, use Generic TW here i submitted. Or you can take the dive and try it out.
you live in Dubai, pretty much money is not your problem, you can always buy another one.

Can u post a different version of TW 14.2.A.0.290 ? because mine works only with the C6902 14.1.G.1.526 TW and this one that u posted above is not working for me i get this error when try to flash

you need to use the latest Flashtool
im using , may not be the latest, tested and works for 7 Z1 already Flashtool Version 0.9.13.0 built on 2013-06-04 22:50:00
Sorry I ONLY use Generic Stock. TW Stock is according to TW-Mobile with loads of Bloatwares. Refuse to get that TW Rom.

Could someone please upload a Generic/EU stock firmware for C6902? It feels like people have abandoned C6902 completely and only focus on C6903... :/

When I flash UK-Vodafone firmware SuperiorAuto can capture 20MP but in Europe firmware can 8.3MP in SuperiorAuto mod,why is there difference?

hey the file is not corrupt. First extract the file using winrar 5 or later software. I compressed it using winrar to save Space.
So Please Just extract the file using WINRAR Version 5 or Latest..
Then you can see the FTF file to flash. It is 100% working. I double checked flashing it today.
Yes it is in fact working, I guess it got corrupted during my first download attempt...
Extraction is not needed though, it's an FTF not a RAR!
