I saw this new Jelly Bean OTA. Can somebody do an Odin flashable ROM?

i just updated mu galaxy s3 into jelly bean 4.3 ,,, and just got not registed on network
i download jelly bean 4.3 from sammobile and it's official

[Q] SM-9005 What is the final version of [4.3] Jelly Bean and where can I get it?

German unbranded unlocked Note 3 SM-N9005 currently on 4.3 build UBMJ3, baseband N9005XXUBMJ2, I want to stay on Jelly Bean because I don't need any bull**** and drama with Kitkat or Lollipop but I want to update to the latest (final?) build of Jelly Bean before I root. Can anyone point me to the highest official build of Jelly Bean for my phone? Also is rooting with Towelroot the best option if I want to install Xposed?
