Just install Cyanogenmod. There is a reason that there aren't roms like you're requesting (don't know if you seriously want to accomplish something with this thread..), and that is because you can install kernels, launchers, etc. all by yourself.
No need to start this kind of topics in my opinion.

Checkrom revo 7 is an ICS 4.0.4 rom. The request was for a new jelly bean *JB) version. Was hoping for a jb Checkrom but you guys give me an ics one.
