If an app in the market will not download because it is incompatible. Can this be by passed on a rooted phone?

I managed to find a apk file. How can i attach it to the market, the version i found is old and i want to get updates. I did try Titanium but the app didnt appear.
So there is no way to get flash to work for Google Chrome.. No mod? Installments? Nothing?.?

No way. Install the flash apk and then install firefox beta from the play store.

I assume not, since Sky Go blocks root not the ROM.
Ok so if I install the google edition rom does it means its still rooted?? Im readed that you need to rooted before installing. Does google edition rom not seen as a rooted

I updated the play services to the latest one which came out yesterday, but now in google now it says I have to update them? I am on the 4.3 stock rom. Anyone who knows how I could fix this?

The blue font clearly said "Update Google Play services", which can be found in 4.4 gapps package, called PrebuiltGSMcore.apk.
I downloaded the play services from the nexus 5 factory image so I think I should be up to date.

Should I flash the g apps package after flashing the ROM or its not necessary... and should I reset factory settings before flashing the ROM... Plz reply

If you're switching from something other than Omni - you need to factory reset.
If you're updating from an older Omni build with gapps installed - flash Omni and you don't need to do anything else. gapps will automatically be backed up
i updated it n everything's fine... but one problem, the playstore app is missing so I downloaded it n installed but it KEOS force closing n says google services has stopped

Cannot reproduce.
I9100 has a small system partition so you need to use "mini" gapps

and one more problem I just noticed, my phone has lost the root, the root apps says that my phone doesn't have root... so should I flash the supersu file again now since I didn't flash it after flashing the new omnirom build

No needed flash pa gapps if you updating nightly build bcoz it has own backup script

Yeah flash latest supersu v1.91 if done open supersu setting to instal backup script too so you never lose root again

Try clean instal with full wipe maybe it's solved your problem

Some apps break, and because some things break with ART, any bug reports you file in Omni's bugtracker (JIRA) will be closed as invalid. (well, currently closed as RTFM, we need to add an "invalid" category.)
