Does anybody have any idea if someone is working or is there any ported or other compatible FM radio for the G2s on ROMs like CyanogenMod, Paranoid Android et cetera. This would be very great if possible.

and anyone know if this will solve some day or some way to fix it, it's a shame that the Flash player does not work in this rom, which I think is great but if so there is no solution to this problem I'll have to go see another rom since many applications do not work by not running the flash player.

Have a look in the main thread for Tytungs own rom. It seems hwa requires specific drivers that nerd to be ported. At the moment only Tytung is working on ICS and he's busy at the moment on another project. If you really need flash, you beter pick another rom (I won't, loving this rom too much)

Cause Google Edition rom is not on AOSP?
Yeah it's stock alright but PA with halo is based on AOSP. What you want may not happen at all. I suggest flashing PAC rom for the meantime or Paranoid Android on the original development section

Yes buddy it's possible. CM team was able to bring pie over so I guess they should be able to incorporate HALO as well.

PAC ROM is nice as its still early days for 4.3 as not officially released I've used a stock 4.3 and suffered battery drain hopefully the devs will work there magic and fix and add stuff we all want to see :thumbup:

SO I guess SVIEW cover is not supported on any custom ROMS, is that a licensing issue?
I've tried the HATROID app but it doesn't work that well at all which is a shame as it's such a great feature (in my opinion).
Are there any custom ROMS that support the original funtionality?
Normally every stockbased custom rom...and even the Google edition supports sview...aosp and kang i dont know...

hi iv been flashing custom roms for quite a while now and never come across it not working they should all support it :good:

all ROMs mentioned are touchwiz based rom...sview doesn't work on aosp bsed rom like CM, PA, AOKP, etc
I have the d802 model and i just flashed cm12 (official).
I am tryinng to find a working FM Radio app for aosp lollipop but no luck.
Can somebody help me?

It's not about an app, it's about a rom that has the fm radio drivers built in.

Says times the P9 has no radio app and no FM transmitter. In one of the Roms here I saw under what everything works "" "FM radio" "How can that be without FM transmitter?

But why is FM Radio listed on RR. Without FM Transmitter no Radio. Or gives changes with strings for other Modul for Signals??

To listen FM Radio, you don't need transmitter, but a receiver!
P9 don't have one!

The OP on RR thread just used copy-paste. He is not an actual developer but he's using surdu's source files to compile roms from sources.
There is no FM Radio on RR.
