wrong section. and you should have posted this question in the cm discussion thread in the general thread.
but, i shall help you. flash the photosphere add-on http://nexus4.longren.org/banks/4.3-testing/download.php?file=Photosphere_Camera_Addon_4.3.zip
it will delete the cm gallery2.apk and install the photosphere one that will display Google+ (picasa) albums
