I had been using the Xposed module workaround on CM10.1 and CM10.2, but I couldn't get it to work on CM11.
Edit: I got it working, thanks to pastordl and liquid64.
Just flash liquid64's NetflixHackPersist.zip, which is available here and also here.
This workaround doesn't require the Xposed framework, so now I can even use Netflix with ART runtime! :good:

Hi, here is a mod that puts Multi Window feature in OmniRom nightlies

Multi-window
This is a big work in progress, which currently has some bugs,
but begins to look okay.
You can already multitask a little bit, by using the
app switcher and long-pressing an icon, then select "Add to
Split View".
Last window touched gets the key focus.
Code is very ugly, I know. Don't merge it, don't use it
for now. Unless you want to make your code ugly.

Installation instructions :
Installing OmniROM for the first time :
1. Reboot Recovery
2. Flash OmniROM and G.Apps
4. BOOT ! (Or you may fall into a boot loop)
5. Reboot on Recovery
6. Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache
7. Flash Multi Window Zip and Reboot
If Omnirom is already installed :
1. BACKUP YOUR ROM ! (MultiWindow is unstable)
2. Wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache
3. Flash Zip and Reboot

Issues :
- Do not open a MultiWindow with Google Chrome, it's very buggy
If you have already done, delete Google Chrome data (Only if MultiWindow starts to bugger)
- if an application opens in MultiWindow alone, press back and reopen

I tested with Rom's that include some feature of OmniRom (DroidKang, Mahdi-Rom), its definitely not work
I fall into a boot loop

I do not know, I do not have the ART option in my OmniROM developper setting
But this mod requires a Deodex Rom (For modifies SystemUI and Framework-res.apk)
ART requires a Odexed Rom no ?
If you want to try, flash this mod before Odexing your rom

Does not work on omni 12/27/13 nightly. Stuck at boot logo. Which is probably known and expected, but I figured I post my attempt anyways

Using Franco Kernel. I really want to try this multiwindow stuff, so I'll try a clean omni install of 12/27 and give that a try.

I tested several times and it works perfectly, the author of the mod has been tested several times and works perfectly, users of earlier nightlies tested and works perfectly
The mod date 2 weeks ago, Omnirom constantly changes (I did not put the date of the mod for nothing)
I have not had time to test, or had time to change the thread status in recent days
Check your own mistakes before lecturing me.

Just tried it again with the 12/22 nightly.
Everything is now working. Not sure what I was doing wrong before, but here are my steps.
Using multirom...
Installed omni 12/22 nightly from zip. Reboot into 12/22 omni.
After it came up cleanly, reboot to recovery and flashed gapps and multiwindow patch via multirom menus.
Reboot and everything came up.

How stable, or not so stable is this? I may switch from AOKP to Omni for this.
Switched to ART on SlimKat 4.4.4. Everything works fine except Whatsapp. Tried reinstalling from play store which returns a 'package file invalid' error. Tried using an apk but no outcome. Anyone knows a workaround ?

On my Z1 with Slimkat I have no problems with ART at all, Whatsapp runs and updates without problems. But my girlfriend experienced the same problems on her (well my old to be honest) S3 with Slimkat/ART. I removed Whatsapp via Playstore, deleted all remaining files from SD and reinstalled it from playstore, this time everything worked.
To be honest, I had an error about watsapp services crashing, after rebooting to ART. Apart from that, it works fine with my S3. ( build8)

Pretty much solved my issue with this link for the original work-around to use Xposed on Chroma 5.1. There's the edit that tells anyone who reads it that the build.prop modifications pre-5/27 build are no longer in place meaning Xposed can be installed/flashed trouble-free now. I did however wipe cache and dalvik per a couple recommendations before and after flashing the Xposed sdk22 zip file. Much appreciate all assistance that's been given!
Xposed working well on Chroma...only issue I call out is Youtube Adaway it is active not blocking ads. Background player for youtube works...but for 5.1.1 on the SuperAlfa still work in progress so not all modules work correctly...

No worries man. Just glad it worked out for you. Can't be without xposed, just gives so much flexibility to do stuff. I've been using it since 5.02 trouble free.

I am using arter97's custom framework on my Note 4 and it works beautifully.
I can confirm this works on Echoe v1 5.1.1.
Works on Tekxodus URv5 as well. Everything but Amplify, anyway.
does this need deodexed rom or does it also work with stock?

Same here. Running Rapture 5.01 with his framework. That 5.1.1 no echoes rom was horrible. I really prefer the stock based roms.
I tried it on Vision-X and went in a bootloop.
To those who do not know, this Ported Xposed installer is not authorized by Rovo89 or anyone working on the Xposed Team..

I've searched to no avail, I did try flashing it after flashing the 5.1.1 910t3 port onto my 910t and it went into a bootloop after t-mobile splash...is there another 5.1.1 TouchWiz rom for 910T that xposed is compatible with?

I do not use xprivacy, but I was able to install/activate it and choose which apps Xprivacy would affect. How do I know if it is actually restricting/faking data being sent?

Unofficial xposed v74 by romracer didn't worked on my one plus one as well running blisspop 5.1.1. Same error here. But flashed official xposed v75. Its running great. So friends try using official xposed framework.
It's okay now it works ^^
